    I absolutely love this ring. I tried a knock off and hated it. This truly catches everything! The only feature I wish it had was something that would catch my steps when I am on my walking pad

    I’ve been using the Oura Ring for a while now and honestly, I love it. It’s super discreet — doesn’t even look like a health tracker — but it gives me so much helpful insight about my sleep, energy, and how my body’s really feeling each day. It’s helped me understand when I need to rest and when I can push myself a bit more. The app is also super easy to use and really clear. It’s definitely an investment, but for me, it’s been totally worth it.”

    I’m finding my Oura ring helpful in improving my sleep. I’m at the age where I really need to get enough and the right type of sleep. I monitor my sleep with the Oura ring and am learning a tremendous amount about improving my sleep and heart health. It’s also a great tool for becoming more aware of your daily activities to keep you active. I like that it also indicates when you’ve done too much and your need to relax and restore. Can’t tell you how much I love this ring. I don’t even know I have it on it’s so comfortable and I’m feeling confidant doing about anything with it on. It’s solidly made and I feel that its reliability in both its operation and durability.
