I’ve been using my Oura Ring for about a year now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best wellness investments I’ve made. It’s sleek, lightweight, and surprisingly comfortable—I often forget I’m even wearing it.
What really sets the Oura Ring apart is the depth and accuracy of its data. The sleep tracking is incredibly detailed, breaking down my sleep stages, restfulness, and recovery in a way that actually helps me improve my nightly routine. I also love the readiness score each morning—it gives me a clear sense of how well my body is recovering and whether I should push myself that day or take it easy.
The activity tracking is also impressive. It encourages balanced movement throughout the day, and I appreciate how it takes into account not just workouts but overall physical exertion, rest, and recovery. The guided sessions for breathing and mindfulness are a nice bonus too.
Battery life is solid—I usually only need to charge it every 4–5 days—and the companion app is clean, intuitive, and full of useful insights. If you’re serious about improving your health, sleep, and overall well-being, I highly recommend the Oura Ring. It’s more than just a fitness tracker—it’s a complete health tool.

I absolutely love my Oura Ring! It’s sleek, lightweight, and surprisingly comfortable to wear all day and night. The sleep tracking is incredibly accurate, it helps me understand my rest and recovery better than any smartwatch I’ve tried. I also love how it tracks readiness, heart rate, and activity without feeling bulky. The app is easy to use and gives such detailed insights that actually motivate me to make small, healthy changes. Worth every penny!

The Oura Ring Gen 3, available at Best Buy, is an impressive wearable health tracker designed for those who value both form and function. This sleek, discreet ring offers comprehensive health insights, including sleep tracking, heart rate monitoring, and activity tracking.
Pros:
• Accurate Health Tracking: The ring provides detailed metrics on sleep stages, heart rate variability, and body temperature, helping users understand their overall wellness.
• Long Battery Life: With a battery life of up to a week, it’s convenient and reduces the need for frequent charging.
• Comfortable Design: The lightweight, minimalist design ensures comfort and style, making it easy to wear 24/7.
Cons:

I'm so glad I decided to get an Oura Ring! It's the perfect blend of style and substance. The ring is discreet and comfortable, while the app is incredibly intuitive. I've gained valuable insights into my sleep quality, activity levels, and heart rate variability. The Oura membership is definitely worth it for the extra features and data backup (should you change phones). I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their health and wellness.

I loved buying this ring specifically through Best Buy. For me, I really loved the customer service plus the benefits with shipping. I initially ordered the wrong size and they made it SO easy to return and order the correct one. Now I’m getting my boyfriend one as well. We love it so much and it’s helped me track my cycle as well as sleep. I love that the activity changes with how much you recovered from the previous day. It lasts a long time without a charge. Is waterproof, and accurately measures all of my data. This ring is incredible

I’ve have it for 2 weeks and I love it! It does everything it’s supposed to. The sleep feature is my favorite part. Charge lasts a week. Only downfall is the silver scratches easily but that is a given so no complaint here.

I have had my ring for about 4 months. I waited a while to review it so I had some history to work with. I am very pleased with the results the ring gives me. First of all, let me say if you don't want to pay for the subscription for the software on your phone - don't bother to spend the money - go buy a cheaper device that won't yield the data this subscription would.provide. If you will get the subscription you will definitely benefit from the data. I looked at the Ultrahuman ring which has much of the same data but I found the insights into what the data is providing isn't utilized to the fullest. The Oura ring really applies the data better and is much easier to apply to your daily life. The Sleep, Readiness, Stress, and Resilience data are presented in a way that is very easy to to understand and apply to your daily life. It also has a Symptom Radar feature that detected I was getting sick 2 days before I actually came down with the flu. I thought this feature may have been overblown but found that in fact it really works and accurately. There ar so many other features that I could write about but I don't have room. To say it plainly, the Oura ring has alot of health data and exercise tracking ability. Though there are other devices out there I think then Oura company applies the data in a manner that presents and utilizes the data better and more concisely the competition. They have years of data to develop new and more innovative options. If you want a device that really applies to your daily life and not simy an exercise tracker check out the Oura ring. It is small, fits conveniently on your finger, and is extremely accurate and usefull.

Best sleep data I’ve ever seen and integrates nicely with Apple health. The battery life is superb as advertised and the durability and comfort are top notch as well. This is truly a health investment.

Seriously. This ring is so intriguing. I also wear an Apple Watch, but sometimes the constant notifications and all the other non fitness-related extras get a but overwhelming, and I found myself bored—not just with the watch, but the app as well. The Oura Ring changed all that, though; and, the while sleep tracking is a huge part of that, I’ve found myself drawn back into the app and the Apple Health app time and time again to look at all the data. Not only does that app let you know how your sleep was, but it also predicts how well you’ll perform throughout the day. And after almost two weeks, it’s been dead on, thus far. It does more than just sleep, though. You’ll also get detailed information about your heart rate throughout the day; your heart rate variability; your stress levels; and, body temperature, just to name a few of the measurables. All of the data the Oura Ring collects can be shared with Apple Health, truly giving you a well-rounded look at your health—from wake THROUGH sleep, not just up to it (because, seriously? Who in their right mind is wearing their watch-style fitness tracker to bed, even if it does sleep tracking?Monsters, that’s who). There is a modest fee of $5.99 for the subscription, but given how well this has measured my fitness, I say it’s a cost well worth the price of admission. I recognize that some people will be hesitant to plunk down a minimum of $299 for a band that you cannot resize, and here’s what I have to say: true, your fingers are a great place for fat storage, and as you loose weight, that ring may get a little bit loose. Doesn’t that mean it’s helping you achieve your goal? Also, I typically wear a size 11, but I thought briefly about getting the size 12 after using the sizing kit and switching between the 11 and 12; however, I ultimately decided to purchase the 11, even though I knew it’d be a little tight. It was dang near impossible to remove while my hands were dry, but if I used some soap and water, it came off effortlessly. And now that I’ve shed some weight (again, keep in mind that I’m only two weeks in, I can remive the ring while my hands are dry if I have just a little patience with it. In summation, this is a great fitness tracker that works perfectly fine on its own, but really helps you understand your overall health when paired with other services, such as Samsung Health or Apple Health.

This is a great investment for anyone who doesn’t want to wear an Apple Watch but wants to track their steps, menstrual cycle, sleep, stress level, oxygen level and more. The app motivates you to be more active and lets you know when to take a breather because you’re either tired or stressed. This allows me to monitor my day to day levels and see how I can improve my lifestyle. Highly recommend for people want to monitor their health. Great battery health, very light on your finger and comfortable to wear.

I'm only 24 hours in on my (second) ring. So far it's great. I wore it to bed last night & the app accurately showed when I woke up & drifted back to sleep a couple of times. The best piece of advice I can give (so far) is to make sure you size up. I went IN to the store to make sure I ordered the right size & when I received the ring it was an entire size too small. I'm guessing this is because of all the sensors inside of the ring taking up space. While it does look a little bulky it's not heavy. Once I get used to wearing another ring I won't even notice it's there.

Excellent technology just be careful if you work a lot with your hands. You will get little scratches on it, but it still holds up really well. You can always buff out the scratches. The battery last about a week before you have to charge. This ring has very insightful information and I love that I can wear it while I sleep because my Apple Watch battery does not last that long. I wear the ring for about four or five days before I decide to charge it just to keep the battery up and it charges really quickly. Usually it takes about an hour. The only thing I wish they had were half sizes because I am truly in between an 8 & 9. The eight Will not fit over my knuckle, but the nine does but is still a little loose, especially if my hands are wet and I am always washing my hands. All issues are extremely minimal issues, but I’m sure eventually overtime they will come out with different metal types and size variations. Overall, I absolutely love the ring and recommend it for everyone. I have asthma and have been learning about my cardiac output and this monitors more of my cardiac health than my Apple Watch, which is really insightful and beneficial. I still wear both, especially since I work in the medical field.

Was a gift purchase for my daughter. She states that overall think the Oura ring gives her a lot of insight to her overall sleep and other habits. The battery life is good and they are constantly updating the software to improve the product. She would recommend.

Love almosy everything about it! It’s been more accurate at tracking my cycle in just 2 months than my Flo app I’ve been using for 6 years. Love how it uses your info to help push your activity or tell you it’s better to take it easy that day. My only 2 issues are when I go on outdoor walks/runs it only accurately measures distance when im using an app on my phone like Under Armour map my walk/run, it would be nice to have it accurately measured without using a secondary app. The other thing is the sleep isn’t accurate 100% of the time, I’d say its more like 90-95% accurate. For example there have been night where I get up to use the restroom and I check the time on my phone, then in the morning I check the sleep on my Oura app and it says I was in light sleep at that time instead of awake. Nothing major to complain about! I lift weights 6 days a week with it on so the palm side is a but scratched up but I expected that and it doesnt bother me at all.

A nifty little gadget. It tracks your stress, sleep, activity and cycle. Its app talks to the other apps on your phones so you dont have to worry about if youre missing something. I'm definitely paying more attention to my sleep quality. Charge lasts the whole day, maybe more. Can get in water with it with no problems.

I love my oura ring! The information in the app is so detailed and I feel like for the most part it is pretty accurate. Not all of my workouts get picked up by the ring but you can manually go in and enter them in the app. I love wearing the ring to track my activity and sleep it’s much nicer than wearing a bulky Apple Watch! And the battery lasts for dayss.

Awesome ring. I am using it to track fertility and thus far it’s doing just that and more. It’s brought a lot of attention to the points in the day where activity slows and tracks sleep progress. It’s a wonderful product and it was nice to go in store to figure out the correct size and see the colors in person. I bought my husband one right after. Better together.
