Great product, great way to keep your health in check, and at the same time to brag about being married, since i picked the ones for my married finger. Already got that tan line going. Also, best way to keep track of your health because your doctors cant watch you 24/7. Key details can be passed onto your doctor's for better care. Just cause they are doctors dont mean they know everything. Get this product while available. Hope it improve some more, unfortunately my first ring had battery issues, so i reordered a second one this sometimes happens sadly, but cant let one bad thing knock em down. Great product end of the day.

I’ve had my Oura ring for a little over a month. Bought it mainly to track my sleep because peri menopause has pretty much sabotaged sleep completely! Loving it so far, so much more info than just sleep, only needs charging about every 4 days or so, totally recommend!!

I have several fitness/activity trackers…I love my Oura ring! It tracks my O2 and breathing rate as well as my heart rate, and it’s variable rhythm. It monitors my sleep and how well that sleep was. This is similar to other types of fitness trackers but its all in a ring that only has to be charged about once a week.

I bought the ring to track my sleep. I have an Apple Watch, but the battery life is not long enough for daily and overnight tracking. The ring has a definite advantage to my watch if I’m wearing it to sleep. The vibration for my alarm on my watch is not enough to awaken me. Overall I’m pleased with my purchase. It’s comfortable to wear with all my fitness and daily activities.

I love love love my silver gen 3 oura ring. I originally ordered the rose gold and had such an issue with it. The rose gold color turned dark spots within a week. I returned it and they sent another that did the same thing! I finally just returned it and got my money back because it was nearly $600 and I purchased the much cheaper (but still $350) silver one. I love my silver one! Even if it is getting scratched or a few of the spots on it…. It’s already silver so it blends in. You cannot see it nearly as much as the rose gold that has dark spots and then silver showing through if there ever were any scratches. That’s been my only complaint but now that I have silver…zero complaints. The function of the ring is amazing! I love all of the info that it can tell me! It’s way more in depth and accurate in my opinion than my Apple Watch! And, I charge it maybe once a week. Battery life is amazing. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable. Pretty accurate on most things. Pretty. Sizing accurate with sizing guide. 1 size bigger than ring finger size if wearing on pointer finger.

Was super easy to set up the app and connect ring via blue tooth to phone. I have had the ring for 2 weeks now and although i have an apple watch and other smart devices for my sports and activies, I dont like wearing anything bulky to bed and this ring I am happy with getting my sleeping information. I would say it has given me new insights on my sleeping and work to do given that i get many hours of sleep but deep sleep and REM I need a bit more of. Something to work on and happy to check my stats each morning and getting nightly notifications on needing to wind down before bed. There are other cool stats that I like seeing like my heart rate and other info like blood oxygen. I also really like that i was able to use my HSA to pay for this!

The ring is a little bulky but you get used to it after wearing for a few days. I love the data it provides and that I can track my sleeping and stress levels. Workout tracking is so/so but fine if you just want to see your steps and brief overview of workouts. I LOVE that you can sync Natural Cycles and feel like it has helped x10000 with tracking my cycle since going off of birth control. Scratches fairly easy but I don’t mind that as I like the look of worn silver anyways. Battery life is phenomenal. I put it on the charger every couple days (before it’s even down to 50%) for about an hour and it brings to a full charge. So much more comfortable to wear than an Apple Watch in my opinion. Highly recommend!!

Love love love my Oura ring! Very comfortable and barely notice it is there. Long battery life. Accurate readings on health metrics and connects to other platforms easily.

Oura ring helped me understand why my health is failing. I found out I am not sleeping well and this is the cause of my health decline. Oura ring is accurate and less intrusive than smart watches when I used it to monitor my sleep.

I love my Oura ring! I'm not big on wearing watches so having a smartwatch wouldnt benefit me. This ring is a great alternative! I lovr how it tracks my sleep and my breathing.

This ring is pretty amazing. The tracking is much better than I expected. One time I had a snack before bed and based on my biometrics it asked me the next day if I had eaten anything before bed. The battery life is Pretty good. More like 4-5 days til it needs to be charged. I don’t enjoy that there is a monthly fee for added benefits but they are pretty cool and it is only like $6 a month. This ring is motivating me to be healthier and showing me more information about my health and wellness. Definitely recommend this since you can use hsa money. Whenever I wake up in the morning it asks me if I had a workout which is a little weird. But overall I’d recommend. Ring sizing is a little weird. But it’s not uncomfortable to wear for the most part. If your fingers get swollen, or bloated easily you might want a size bigger.

This ring is fantastic. I love how accurate it is. Very sleek and you don’t have to charge it as often as an Apple Watch. The information it gives you is great.

The sales staff were excellent and I got the ring of choice. I am getting information I would have never known. Sleep, activity, this is a good product. My only issue is that they need them in a larger size. I wear a 14 and I am wearing it on my pinky, because they only size them in 13.

So far, I love my Oura ring! It’s given me a lot of insight on my body and sleep and I’m always excited to check my scores when I wake up. It’s interesting to see how my sleep affects the outcome of my day. It felt chunky at first but now I’m used to it. I wear it on my middle finger. I heard to size up, but I stuck with my original size 10 and it’s never felt too tight. I almost ordered the 11 but I’m really glad I didn’t, as I probably would’ve lost it by now. You do have to wear it for a couple months in order for it to start tracking your menstrual cycle. Ive only had it for a month, so I have about a month left until it starts to track that, which I’m looking forward to!

I bought this because I have a nice watch and don’t want to replace it with an cheap digital watch from china. I searched for an alternative and found fitness tracker rings and the Aura is the best I could of them. The largest I could find is a 13 and it only barely fits sometimes I need to remove it to allow my skin to breathe. The ring takes some time to adjust to and I’ve found that my left middle finger is least obtrusive. The plastic is not like a metal ring and doesn’t allow my skin to breathe well. The ring works as promised and I like it overall. I feel like the app is a little cluttered with and doesn’t display the data as succinctly as other’s though. I went on a 7 day national parks tour and the battery lasted the entire time. I feel like I’ve really put it through the paces and it’s holding up very well.

This has been a great addition for my mission to personal growth. Between it’s precise record of sleep recording, the considerable battery life (and quick charging), it’s not only helped me to try to get to bed earlier, but has also been great when recording my workouts, when I don’t have my watch. The insights definitely help with staying the physical and mental fitness path. I’ve only had it a couple of weeks and I’m glad I purchased it.

Better than my Apple Watch. Tracks my sleep very well, and love the oxygen level reading. I wear it everyday, and only have to charge it once a week, if that.
