I wanted to love this ring. So bad!! As far as the functionality of it, I do love it. That deserves 5 stars. It works perfect and I’ve gotten lots of information from it. The 2 stars is for the rose gold color specifically. It’s the most expensive color and I paid it because I really wanted it. I was so excited when I got it in but within ONE week of wearing it, the rose gold color was coming off and turning very dark in spots. Within one week it looked horrible. I was so disappointed. I contacted Best Buy and they sent me a replacement as I was of course still in the return window. I thought maybe I got a defective one. I had read people who had had earlier generations of the rose gold and never had any issues with this. So, I got my replacement in and unfortunately, the exact same thing happened. Within a week, dark spots and looked horrible. For a $600 ring, that’s ridiculous. That should NOT be happening. And, I was very careful with it. I didn’t scratch it up, didn’t even wear it in the shower ( even though you’re supposed to be able to) I didn’t do anything on my end of it that could possibly cause the problem. Took it off before applying any lotions, etc. Since then, I’ve done research and found this is happening with many people with the new gen 3. I love the functionality of the ring so much I still want it and I’ve just ordered the silver one instead hoping that maybe it is just the rose gold color that is the problem. I’ve researched and read other reviews and have seen the black, stealth, and gold scratch up super easily after only a few months. It usually shows silver through the colors when scratched. I’m hoping if I just get the silver it will blend in if it does scratch. That’s to be determined. However, I wanted to leave an honest review because had I known this before ordering, I wouldn’t have spent the $600 for a color that’s going to change colors and look horrible within a week. Oura needs to get it together and figure out a solution to this. Yes, I want the function of it but I’m also not paying that much for one to look horrible that quickly. I hope this helps anyone considering this color.

I’m really impressed with how well the ring tracks my data. I felt when I first started wearing it, it was definitely more noticeable but the longer I have worn it now I forget it’s there most of the time. The sleep data is super helpful for myself since I have a sleep disorder and like to see how my treatments are working. I also like the stress feature to see if I’m improving my stress management. I was in between size 7 and 8 and went with 8 because I felt at times the 7 seemed too tight to take off.

Very comfortable, slick and tracks information that helps optimize day to day living as well as exercise and general activity. The only issue is that the matte black gets easily scratched through daily use and the paint starts wearing off. Making an expensive ring look fairly cheap..

I love my oura ring so far. It’s the easiest way to keep track of my sleep, HRV, menstrual cycle and so much more with the least amount of maintainance. I charge it for maybe 15 minutes a day and it’s never died. The battery life is great, and it’s comfortable and sleek.

I was hesitant on buying an Oura ring, however it’s been the best decision! It accurately tracks my cycles and is great at picking up workouts. Only downside is that they do scratch easily, I don’t mind it, but if it’s something that bothers you just keep that in mind. Also HIGHLY recommend getting sized for it, the sizing is odd and I had to go up a ring size.

If youre on the fence about trackers, go the less fitness route and focus on overall wellness. I love the ring, its very comfortable, sleek and i get lots of compliments. It reslly changed my approach to how i think about my general health since its based on very different criteria than just closing my rings every day. If youre on the fence, look into this!

Highly recommend going to your local Best Buy to use the free sizing chart, I went up 2 ring sizes to avoid my finger swelling. Very comfortable to wear throughout the day and night. If you lift weights I highly recommend getting a ring buffer to avoid scratches. Long battery life, i probably charge it once a week. Very accurate readings to improve overall health. The only downsize is you have to purchase the membership.

Smallest product of its kind to provide extremely helpful data that can apply to almost everyone. Whether you need heart rate monitoring, body heat, sleep rhythm, or recording calorie output, this ring does it all. It measure many other metrics. I was pleasantly surprised by the capabilities.

I like this ring. I was unsure because I often break out in a wrist rash with the smart watches, but so far, after 3 or 4 weeks, I haven’t had a reaction to this ring. I got the silver one. I like the biofeedback.

I love my Oura ring. First of all, the young man that helped me when I went in to buy it helped this senior citizen, me, to get fitted and pick out my ring and then set everything up on my phone for me. This is so easy to use. Love checking my sleep every night. It keeps track of my oxygen levels, temperature, heart rate, stress level. Very comfortable to wear.

2 weeks in and I’m in love with it!! I’m a metrics nerd and love seeing them all. I do have an Apple watch, but I wanted another option for sleep tracking and stress tracking. I’m getting the hours of sleep needed, but I don’t wake up feeling rested, so I wanted deeper metrics into sleep and daily tasks that could be affecting it.

10/10 recommend for anyone wanting a smaller, more discrete fitness tracker. It is very lightweight and the app is easy to use! I love all of the features such as sleep, stress, temperature, etc… MAKE SURE TO GET THE SIZE KIT FIRST! I would recommend wearing it for 24 hours to see how your hands swell at different times of the day!

I’ve been using my Oura Ring for about a month now. Love the sleep score and wellness insights, as well as the activity tracker. It’s also made my life so much easier with regard to tracking my cycle. For those out there who need to take their temperature to confirm ovulation, reccomend this ring 100%! It’s also super stylish :)

A few things that this little device does better (and with style) than others: tracks my daily activities and blood O2 levels, monitors my heart rate and quality of sleep, and gives me advices of keeping my well-being in check! Such an innovation!

Though this device is great to track good quality sleep and restorative energy, i found it extremely helpful to wear during the day as it provides a critical stress summary and grading which helps manage stress to a good extent. I opted for the gold one and it is actually very durable. A must buy!

Easy ordering process & fast delivery. Long battery life, fast charging, great insights into my sleep & activity, & ring is much more comfortable to wear than I anticipated. Only drawback is the subscription fee but I didn’t deduct any stars from the review since it was an expected expense.

Fits comfortably and I do not notice it. I love that it tracks my sleep and activity and it’s also great since I do not like anything on my wrist. I have worn showering and swimming and it’s held up perfectly. I love this ring!

I love the daily insights. It is very good at guiding me on how much recovery my body needs or the days that I should push harder in my workouts. It definitely keeps me motivated. The only thing I would change is I wish it was a little smaller. I have tiny fingers and I feel like I have a wedding band on. It’s comfortable to wear but I wish it was smaller on my finger!
