I’ve had it for a couple years, it’s great. The data it tracks is super insightful. Only downside is the monthly subscription for the app.

Does everything i hoped! I know I can keep track of my sleep patterns, heart rate, and daily physical activity with no issues. Overall, I couldn’t be more happy.

I love the Oura ring! My steps are more accurate than any other tracker I have ever used. It is a little startling to see how little I sleep. It's very comfortable, you don't even realize you have it on.

A nice device. Oura is adding features often. The app is pretty good. But I am not sure I would have bought the Oura 3 if I knew the battery life would start dropping off very quickly with less than two years of use. Since there is no way to replace the battery; it seems that it is fast approaching being disposable. If asked, I would say do a lot of research on the current model to see if it has any power issues.

I have had this ring for almost a year and I enjoy the app and the benefits. I find that for the money the ring looks like I’ve had it for years. It’s easy the get scratched and looks dull in color. I wish there was a way to keep it looking in excellent condition. I do take it off often to prevent scratches but, it just gets scratched. Otherwise the concept Is great.

it's a solid product overall. upon first glance i thought it would be somewhat of a bigger, clunkier ring, but it's pretty sleak and streamlined. my only complaint is that is miscategorizes activities for me. IE, when i walk my dog for 25 minutes it'll say i rode my bike for 6, little quirky things like that but i've only had it a month so maybe with time it'll work itself out. battery life is also great

I’m loving this ring so far! Get sleep tracking, temp tracking, and reminders to get up and move a bit. All without being annoying or giving me unrealistic expectations.

This has been such a great purchase. It provides a lot of great data that has helped me improve a lot of things in my life. The battery lasts a while and charges quickly.

I love this ring. I have tachycardia and it is the best wearable 24/7 monitor I have found. The app that comes with it, yes you pay $5 a month, but it gives me tips the longer it gets used to me to help bring my rate down. I do shift work so my schedule fluctuates. The longer I wear this, the more help it gives me.
