Very happy with our new Weber Grill and bes of all, the installation service was impecable. The Geek Squad team arrived as scheduled and immediately assembled the grill taking little over an hour. Everything was fully functional, explained the operation, cleaned and picked all the packaging material and left the house without a trace!! Excellent service.

The initial contractors parked their truck in the middle of the street where they started assembly. After considerable time passed they rolled the partially assembled grill into our back yard, leaving a box of loosely strewn parts that were not installed (metal gas line conduit, feed, screws and connectors, igniter assembly, unattached temperature control mechanism feeds, shelving, open packets of screws,.. etc.). They left hastily saying they were "not allowed" to connect the remaining parts. We subsequently discovered that the "remove before using" plastic surface protection sheathing had not been removed from heat exposed surfaces and the side burner grid was missing. More importantly, the step by step assembly instruction manual was not in the box, so we were not able to identify if any other components may have also been inadvertently lost or discarded. A second installation crew appointment was scheduled but they could not complete the assembly because they did not have a manual for the grill's make and model. A third appointment is pending. We have purchased many products from Best Buy and have always been pleased with the service and installations through Total Tech. The store sales staff and help desk support team were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Unfortunately this most recent experience with the first subcontracted installation crew has been a clunker.

The crew installing our Weber grill incorrectly put the grill together. The base of the grill is facing the opposite direction of what it's supposed to be. The wheels need to be on the right side and not the left. As a result, the gas line is not long enough to reach the tank. The battery for the igniter was installed backwards. The tank holder was installed backwards and there were a couple of pieces that were not screwed down that should have been. Customer service for rescheduling has been abysmal. We pay for a total tech membership to ensure our appliance is properly set up and it's not. The soonest they can send someone out to fix this is one week away and I find it very disappointing. They should be sending someone out as soon as possible because our product is not ready when it should be and this could be a safety hazard had I not rechecked the installation manual. After this experience, this might be the last time I renew my total tech membership or buy a product from Best Buy due to lack of customer service.

Grill was not assembled & left in box by my garage. My wife told them to put it by the garage. Box had minor damaged but the item inside was untouched. Maybe they misunderstood to assemble it & then place it by the garage? Not to mention they didn't require her to sign for the item either. Assembly was free so im not too upset but didn't expect to have to assemble the item myself :/

I selected delivery and assembly of a grill with haul off of the old grill. The delivery team said they didn't know how to put it together, took my old one and left a box on my patio. I was told I would be contacted to reschedule the assembly but that never happened. I had to just do it myself because the third party that Best Buy used in my area was incompetent.

The base plate of the product was assembled backwards, so the door cannot be attached. Told the assemblers of their error and was told the design was poor. I have been trying to have Best Buy fix it’s error or remove the bbq since June 7. As of today, the efforts of the Protech personnel have failed to do either. I ordered this product on May 7!!!!

Grill arrived all ready assembled and working. Delivery person did hot take the time to explain anything to me so I am still not sure if Im doing everything right but the drill works great looks great. Everything seems to be fine I have not had any trouble with it.

Austin and Rob did a great job assembling my new Weber grill. They were careful and did it right the first time. I put in the propane tank and the grill fired right up! Thanks, guys!

The grill assembly and setup went exceptionally well. They sent the pit over along with three guys who made short work of getting it assembled and put in place! They showed up early am, ON TIME!, at the time that had been stated (at the front side of the delivery window). They did a fine job, picked up all packaging, and were out of here in approximately 30 minutes!

The delivery and setup of this Weber Grill was absolutely perfect! The 3rd party company (PTG) arrived on time; I was kept apprised at all times from the day before notification phone call to the “we’re on our way” call about 30 minutes prior to arrival. The 2 technicians were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The grill setup went perfectly and they answered all my questions. When I connected the LP tank after they left and fired up the grill for the first time, it performed perfectly! Great service!

The assembly seems to have gone extremely well. The grill works well. However, the meat probe that came with the grill was not left with us by the assemblers. When I asked the assemblers about it, they quickly scanned the trash and said that Best Buy must’ve sent me an older model. For that, I’m not satisfied.

Grill was not a great experience but finally got one not damaged. Took three times. The first two times they were trying to pull parts out of box so legs got bent. Box was suppose to be cut open on all sides to let them fall open. Box even showed how to open it. Says to cut sides. Then I had to keep one in my garage the whole time til the replacement came which made no sense to me but had to because they said if guys took broken one it would have to show returned and then we would have to start process all over and figure out discount again because we used earned credit from my husband opening credit card there and we got 120 credit to use on an item so since tech was in my name they had to manually give discount because they told me we could do that when we purchased refrigerator from there and got the 120 credit. Third time grill was put together and parts were good.

The crew I had for assembly were extremely knowledgeable about the product and put it together extremely well. No extra parts and the tightened everything so well nothing was loose. They also left and added the picture items on the grill giving a great introduction look to the product. They also cleaned up after themself which is a giant plus

I recently purchased a good sized BBQ from Best Buy and had it delivered and assembled. The 2 men did a excellent job of assembling the BBQ within about an hour and set it up properly. I was pleased.
