Excellent service! They called ahead to notify when they were coming and were very efficient. I highly recommend this! The grill works great! My son loves it! We live when he cooks for us! Best gift!

Taylor MI ask for Pete and his brother. They are old school artisan craftsmen. Today they assemble grills. I would hire them to build works of functioning art. It isnt done right unless they assemble your grill. Period. Every washer, each bolt, the little details. They did it just so. They work like brothers, watch each other and demand excellence from the other.

Our installers came on time and put our grill together quickly and correctly. Due to the weather, they assembled it in the garage and then brought it to our patio when it was completed and the sun was out. They were polite and professional.

They were awesome. Quick set up and thry placed it right where we wanted it.

Awesome people that put the grill together and set it up. They said would take about 2 hours and they got it together faster than that.

What a pleasure having the guys from BB delivered the grill straight from the truck, they did the assembly at the warehouse and delivered a full grill ready to use, awesome service.

Grill got delivered in the box and the delivery team had no idea that they were supposed to assemble, so they were a) unprepared, and b) unqualified! Got it put together after several hours, but it was painful watching, and didnt work after they left. Best Buy customer service was awesome though! No questions aksed, they just took care of the problem! They had a whole new grill delivered the next day by two installers that put it together perfectly in less than an hour, real pros. They took the first grill away, and all was great!

Because of poor assembly, it took several attempts to complete initial burn in. I’d recommend Geek Squad if you can’t carry a 235# ox to its assembly location. But watch them assemble and follow along with Traeger’s assembly instructions.

Three-man crew effectively and efficiently set up my new wood pellet grill. Very professional and mindful of property. They gave me a tutorial on how to use the grill and took away all of the packaging. Grill has performed perfectly, so far.

The first grill was assembled incorrectly. Best buy came back out with a new grill and corrected the problem. Very happy with them standing behind their service and taking responsibility for correcting it. The rating is for the second assembly.

Great experience the Geek squad guys worked very hard to assemble the grill. It was missing parts but that wasn’t their fault. They were very courteous and upbeat.
