Came out and assembled the grill without me having to worry about it. It was great.

came on time, corteous, assemlbled properly. Removed old grill for a $29 charge. A lot easier than self assembly

Yesterday we received a Weber grill and it was assembled by the delivery men. There are significant problems with the assembly and we need knowledgeable technicians to fix the problems. Best Buy says we have to wait 5 days and then have another 12-hour window where they will show up. • The crew left the slide-out grease tray on a nearby table and did not install in. When I went to put it in the grill I found out why the crew did not do it. The yellow-capped wire was strung tightly in front of the opening for the grease tray. I had to unplug the yellow wire and re-route it away from the front of the grease tray. • No catch pan for grease was delivered or installed. • The wires to the igniter are very taught and obviously not installed correctly • The bottom of the inside cabinet is incorrectly assembled. The hole for the propane tank in on the right side of the cabinet but the scale to judge fullness in on the left. • The propane tank was not hooked up to the scale and, in fact, cannot reach the scale from the wrong side of the cabinet. • The delivery/assembly folks volunteered that they were inadequately trained. One man said he’d received only 15 minutes of training and then pointed to a You-Tube video.

They arrived at time schedule. In less than an hour the Webber BBQ was assembled . Recommended.

The schedule date to deliver and assemble was rebooked since it never showed up. The team that delivered the grill seemed frustrated that they needed to assemble it as well. This is not a “white glove” service. After assembly the technician left and when I went to try to grill it would not start. I had to do my own diagnostics and found that it was not wired correctly and the igniter battery was in backwards. After fixing it is worked well. But, I am not satisfied with the service.

They did an adequate job but I had to have a plumber hook up directly to propane. BB died korballow the installer to actually install the GAS grill to a gas line. Imagine that.

Prior to purchasing my Napoleon grill i downloaded the assembly instructions. That was enough to convince me to have Best Buy do it for me. My delivery drivers also assembled the grill. They were fantastic. A great job of assembly all at no coast for Best Buy tech members.

This weber spirit grill is a great little grill to have. Just the right size you can fit enough food on it. It has two burners and it’s very convenient. I love how it has the little hooks on the side to hang my barbecue accessories on. I’m very happy that I purchase this weber spirit barbecue.

The team did an excellent job of assembling the Weber grill that I purchased. They were professional and personable. The assembly had many steps and they saved me a lot of trouble.

The best grill on the market. Easy to use and heats up fast. Love grilling out.

Unfortunately the heat is not evenly distributed. For a grill at this price range it is very disappointing

By being a member at Best Buy 1 year subscription for geek squad it eliminated a lot of headaches. My treat was put together by them. Buying different products and having them set it up is a relief and worth the monet

This service was not up to expectations. The grill was delivered with the protective wrapping left in the stainless steel doors, which we were not able to get to removing until the next day. In doing so, the sun baked the protective plastic onto the stainless steel and it took hours of picking/pulling the plastic off in small pieces. Then, I Hd to spend another hour scrubbing the adhesive off of the doors. In the end, no damage but it was definitely frustrating. The delivery/assembly crew was super nice but I think they should be aware of this issue.

The guys were great about getting the new Weber grill assembled. I really appreciated the service as am older and my sons so busy with work and they’re own families this was very helpful. They also were conscientious about cleaning up and removing all the extra cardboard and such before leaving. Job well done.

The person that came to assemble came on time and was very nice and quick but the grill was missing a part and he promised to contact Bestbuy about it. He did contact Bestbuy and I also did but customer service was giving me the run around and one of them was so rude that he actually told me to contact nexgrill for the missing part. I would have given this a zero if I could.

Grill is nicer than i first thought, runs smoothly. Plenty of space for cooking. Only thing i would suggest is to have it assembled at the store then deliver. I wasn't planning on staying home until they did it in drive way. Both guys were polite felt bad it was a hot day to be outside.

When the technicians left my house after setup was finished. So they thought anyway. The wheels fell off my brand new Grill when I went to roll it into the garage. To top it off almost all the screws on the grill were left loose and the rubber bumper for the lid is still missing probably still in the box that it came in. A disaster waiting to happen.

Extremely pleased! Didn’t even have to be home for them to take care of it. Told them I wanted it assembled on the back deck and they took care of it and even sent me a picture.
