Great installation service and post installation I had an issue with the propane connection and the next morning, an engineer had come down to check on it and helped fix the issue. Fabulous service by the Geek squad and they were extremely courteous and professional in their service. True thumbs up for this service.

My husband have to assemble the grill by himself. I paid for it with free assembly and that never happen.Delivery was dropped by the door and the was the end.Thank God for my very handy husband he did a wonderful job assembling. I’m not happy with the delivery and service like that.

Toll tag members put this grill together that I bought for my girlfriend they didn’t do it right but fortunately there are easy to fix

The two young men who delivered the grill were very nice and honest. Both said they had never put a grill together. I wS a little concerned. However, they diligently read the instructions and stuck with it until it was done.

The guys that put it together said it def. took longer than what the instructions said it would need and other consumer reviews who have put it together wish they had it done so I urge you to do the same.

If I could give a zero I would.... Took the day off work for delivery and assembly. guy got to the house saying he has never built a grill and did not feel comfortable doing it. He told his supervisor who told him he had to build it anyways. Took 2 hours to build and left without testing. When we tried to turn it on, it did not work. We had to cancel a bbq event we had that weekend as we were left without a functioning bbq (they took our old one as well). couldn't schedule anyone to come back to me until a week later. Had to take a second day off work. (500 plus lost in work days taken off) they delivered a whole new grill with a guy who knew what he was doing. he tested the grill he built and it worked. guy left and left our gas tank on. all. day. long. When my husband got home he noticed and said our house could have easily exploded. No one called to see how the second delivery or assembly went. Our grill works but we had to cancel an event, wait an extra week for a functioning grill, loose two days worth of work money and our house could have blown up thanks to Best Buy delivery and assembly team.

We've had this grill one year and three days we hardly ever use it. We had best buy come and put it together and we stored it away for the winter and just started using it and the thing is awful. It Overcooks and Burns every piece of food we put on there and I constantly have to take the grates off and clean them and I literally used it Less than a half a dozen times

Guys were professional and did a good job. Took the packaging with them and helped move it where it needed to be. Cost was included with my purchase.

The Geek Squad guys were on time (in fact, a half hour early), delivered my new grill, assembled in under 2 hours, and removed the old grill as ordered. Very efficient, friendly and hard working!

One chain tapped to grill versus installed. When you push the ignition switch, it is supposed to click and ignite but instead nothing happens! Why would you not test a $1000 grill before you leave? Now, the earliest repair is 8 days- unacceptable!

3/18/22 service call to correct problems with original Best Buy assembly. Service people this time were great - called in advance of arrival and quick diagnosis and correction of problems.

The crew from Best Buy did a fantastic job!! They arrived in time and were professional and courteous, also very knowledgeable!

Weber BBQ warranty exchange went smoothly and efficiently. No surprises. Very satisfied! Geek team was great!

Very professional crew assembled grill in less than an hour. Very pleased with their work and cleanup was impeccable.

Guys dropped off the grill and tried to leave without assembling the grill or hauling away the old one. When asked to install the grill, as it was ordered, they just kept saying “we don’t do that.” They did take away the old grill.

Installers assembled grill incorrectly. I reassembled the grill after installers left and noticed there were a lot of screws and washer missing. Would not recommend using this 3rd party to install grills in the future.

The gentlemen that delivered and assembled my Traeger Pro were very careful not to damage the unit. Thank you!

They were fast and efficient, they called to inform the time and were on time! definitely will use again
