    2 guys showed for my second gas grill (E-310) delivery. They told me that one of them has never assembled a grill before and the other one has only done once but not too sure how to do it. In other words, if I had told them it would be okay and I would do it, they would have been happier to drop it off and leave. This is what we deal with when we assume those guys are professionals and have done this at several times previously. It took forever for them to put it together. I asked one of the guys to move the truck so he would not block my neighbor's driveway, he never did it. He also kept the truck's engine run for 2 hours. If it had been his own truck, he would have definitely turned its engine off. THEY ARE VERY LAZY!

    Great tool set that really helped to put the grill together. Would highly recommend to anybody that buys one of the Best Buy Grills.

    Technicians did a great job in assembling my new grill. Cleaned up the area and left it spotless when done. Well worth the money spent!
