Wasn't put together correctly. Door fell off. Was missing screws, nuts and bolts.

So glad we had them come out to put this together.

Unfortunately, the griddle was never assembled by Best Buy. It was dropped off and they never came back. I called several times and it was rescheduled. Still, no one ever came to assemble the griddle. No one followed up on it either.

Sorry but it was very bad service, the people you guys send me, made a mess in my terrace, I call and complaint and they have to send somebody else to finish for them, not only that! the hose for the bbq din't work, so the gas was liking, they never let me know about that., very disappointed with the service

I paid for the tech package which included delivery/assembly/hall away. Delivery company failed to bring to my Condo/assemble/hallway. I carried it up the steps, assembled, and had to wait 3 weeks for them to finally come back and hallway the old one. Sad- worst customer service ever

One guy spoke limited English and the other didn't. Both assembled my grill without reading the instructions and left off the lock washers. One guy put the legs on backward, had to point that out so they would put in on correctly. Then they damaged the grill. Not professional installers or assemblers.

There was no assembly. It was delivered that day but they stated they did not assemble grills so i had to wait almost 2 weeks for someone to come and put it together.

Numerous rescheduled deliveries. First delivery item was broken. It was two months from the order date before I finally got what I paid for. Horrible service.

Grill delivered 12/17/22 was supposed to be assembled that day the guys that delivered said they did not assemble on 12/23/22; same two came back and assembled left with grill showing e10 code still can't use $900 grill

didn’t light up the first time , and a 2 bd scheduled visit , they never showed up! good thing a handyman said grill wouldn’t light up because the battery was not properly in place.

Never came to install. Scheduled delivery and installation. Day of delivery we were told they would too busy. They would call to reschedule. Never called, never returned messages. I put together myself.

They sent out to teams and no one could assemble the grill. It was a birthday gift that went terribly wrong

Paid $200.00 plus tax to be assembled. They delivered the smoker but didn't assembled it. Got a refund.
