Install does not get done correctly and they do not check to make sure the product is working.

They stunk. Messed up the first one didn’t take back the old one the second time. They missed there deliveries a couple timesheet aweful

The grill was left at my house as I requested, but I came home to find it still in the box and not assembled.

Sloppy workmanship, left trash all over my yard! Not a good experience!

Item stopped working two weeks later. Best Buy refused to refund me.

I rated it a 3 because the installers put the battery in incorrectly so the igniter didn’t work and I had to manually light the grill during the first use. Best Buy didn’t know how to fix it and I eventually called Weber who was extremely helpful in diagnosing the issue and the solution. Other than that the installers were professional. I just feel they should try to be more careful with their installations

Very easy assembly. Mostly put together right out of the box.

Total Tech's service to put a grill together for "free". It's the only reason I bought this version over other sites, due to the labor of putting it together was done by someone, plus they deliver it to your home, plus take it to the destination you want it at!

Installers were not aware how to assemble the product. They did not attempt or reschedule to return to assemble the product. Their excuse was they were not familiar to assemble the particular product. I looked up You Tube assembly for the product. I was able to assemble the product in less than an hour.

Worst customer service experience of my life. Originally purchased grill and assembly. Item was to be delivered and assembled on June 22. Receive notice that the grill was somehow not in stock and would be delayed until July 5. Fine not a huge deal. I cannot schedule the assembly however till closer to the delivery date. I call to schedule assembly day before delivery, now I am told I cannot schedule assembly until grill is delivered. Seems odd. Grill is delivered today. I call to schedule assemble and customer service states that it’s still “in transit” on their system. Please call back in a couple hours, they give me a case # and state they can have someone out in a couple days. I accept this. A couple of days is ok, not ideal but fine. I call at the prescribed time and am told that assembly cannot be scheduled for 2 weeks…..so they expect a gigantic grill in box to sit outside for 2 weeks……unacceptable. Garbage company. Guess me and my pregnant wife will put it together. Waste of time and money

Excellent on time job by the geeks. Have not used the grill yet but will start in the warmer months.

Everything was great and the assembly was spot on.

Paid $200 to have a Weber Gas grill delivered and assembled. Took the day off to be around. Crew showed up, dropped off the unassembled grill in a box, and said they don't provide assembly. Called Best Buy Geek Squad, and they said they have to look into the assembly and perhaps come out a different day! Poor.

The assembly did not happen. The men who delivered were not qualified to assemble. We ended up doing it ourselves.
