I downloaded the WYZE Homeapp, as instructed. Plug in the V3PAN, a red light is supposed to illuminate on the camera to signify device has power..... and nothing. Check the connections, multiple times, retry powering up the camera.... again nothing. I did invest in Geeksquad protection, so I will be returning the camera to BestBuy tomorrow. Follow up review of what all transpires next will be written accordingly in the next few days. Cannot recommend the product at this time for obvious reasons. Hopefully that changes in the days to come with following update.

Posted .Hello there, we are sorry to hear about the setup trouble! Please ensure you are using your 2.4GHz WiFi network when setting up our cameras as they do not currently communicate with 5GHz networks. We would recommend taking a look at this article for some tips as well:

Who makes their most current versions of products that don't work with 5g?

It is basically AI baby sitting your home with a very minimal fee. I can say you will not be overwelmed. You will embrass this as a trusted baby sitter for your propperty.

Also will not integrate into Google home ecosystem requiring yet another app.
