Because of an early December snow, we had to reschedule, but the installer did a great job of staying in touch. They were even going to install on a Sunday afternoon, but he had a cancellation on Saturday afternoon before so we were able to get it done a day earlier!! Allowing the installer and customer to communicate directly makes a world of difference. Oh and his installation job was perfection! Professional, quick, and he cleaned up what little mess he made!

Hard to find an over the stove micro that would fit. It is a Whirlpool makes slimline micro and it fit like it was made for the space. I am satisfied with the product very much. I have had my share of Whirlpool products and I never had a problem with any of them. It also frees up my counter space and I am truly happy with this purchase.

The service people did an excellent job of installing the microwave. There was minimal dust, they were neat and courteous, and were able to answer any questions that I had. Having professional installation through best buy is well worth the price.

I bought a GE Microwave on Best Buy online and had it installed within a week, I'm very pleased with the Microwave so far. The price was right and I plan to purchase other items from Best Buy in the future. I usually shop at Home Depot or Lowes but this was a superior shopping experience.

I did have my new microwave installed by Best Buy and the installer did a fine job. However, I realized I did not need the range hood as the unit itself had an overhead light and fan system, so I sent that part back. No harm done and a fine installation job performed.

We purchased an over the range microwave to replace an older broken one. The Geek Squad--AYS of Glen Burnie--did a great job of taking out the old microwave and the support brackets which were rusted. They efficiently installed new support brackets and the new microwave, which looks great. The job was done very well. We are very happy with the service. AYS is the best

Best Buy uses a terrible outside company for installations called Premier Logistics. I have never seen bigger idiots. It’s like the Three Stooges were sent to install my over the stove microwave. They were shocked it wouldn’t fit on the existing bracket and were very hesitant to install a new one (like they weren’t totally sure how) and asking "what do you want us to do?" while acting like they kind of wanted to just leave the unhung microwave with me and go home. When they finally did start installing it 2 guys did most of the work while the 3rd stood around supervising. The supervisor then decided to randomly touch the microwave which he then immediately sliced his hand on and proceeded to bleed all over my kitchen floor while trying to nonchalantly hide his hand from me. After they left I got to mop up the bloody floor and check to see if they had gotten blood in or on the microwave or anywhere else. I had another terrible experience with Premier Logistics about a year later when a different team came to deliver and install a dishwasher at which point they flooded the kitchen and tried to scam my elderly parents out of $200. Before you buy anything from Best Buy, check to see if Premier Logistics will be involved in any way (delivery, installation, etc.) and if so look somewhere else.

The microwave was installed well. No issues with that. Make sure your installation ticket says they will haul away your old products if so desired. Needs to be set up ahead of time. Worth the Tech Membership with just this free installation.

The installation went quickly and smoothly. I was kept informed through reminders and then a call from the installers when they were en route. They were professional, careful, and left everything clean and in order when they left. They also gave me some tips for care and maintenance of the new appliance.

There was lots of rescheduling and delays on the admin side of this experience that was not so good but finally I got a receptionist that made the appointment right and the team that was sent out to install were friendly, worked great today and went through my new appliances with them. They also cleaned up after themselves really well. So glad it is finally done and that it ended on a good note.
