Didnt add the cord into the wall like i wanted just a box seþing in the cabinet

Installation of my range hood was quick with no mess left behind. Everything worked with no issues.

The service people did an excellent job of installing the microwave. There was minimal dust, they were neat and courteous, and were able to answer any questions that I had. Having professional installation through best buy is well worth the price.

The team did a good job installing the microwave oven. But the price of the install was a bit expensive at $200.

I bought a GE Microwave on Best Buy online and had it installed within a week, I'm very pleased with the Microwave so far. The price was right and I plan to purchase other items from Best Buy in the future. I usually shop at Home Depot or Lowes but this was a superior shopping experience.

I did have my new microwave installed by Best Buy and the installer did a fine job. However, I realized I did not need the range hood as the unit itself had an overhead light and fan system, so I sent that part back. No harm done and a fine installation job performed.

We purchased an over the range microwave to replace an older broken one. The Geek Squad--AYS of Glen Burnie--did a great job of taking out the old microwave and the support brackets which were rusted. They efficiently installed new support brackets and the new microwave, which looks great. The job was done very well. We are very happy with the service. AYS is the best

The microwave was installed well. No issues with that. Make sure your installation ticket says they will haul away your old products if so desired. Needs to be set up ahead of time. Worth the Tech Membership with just this free installation.

The installation went quickly and smoothly. I was kept informed through reminders and then a call from the installers when they were en route. They were professional, careful, and left everything clean and in order when they left. They also gave me some tips for care and maintenance of the new appliance.

The install went as expected and they were very informative.

Installation was great. They helped me locate a stainless steel filler for the microwave because it was 30" wide and the cabinet space was 36"

There was lots of rescheduling and delays on the admin side of this experience that was not so good but finally I got a receptionist that made the appointment right and the team that was sent out to install were friendly, worked great today and went through my new appliances with them. They also cleaned up after themselves really well. So glad it is finally done and that it ended on a good note.

They came in and did what they were here for...installation of a range hood. New what they were doing and had it done quickly. They were very professional.

Installation was a breeze! I usually try to do things myself but I’m so glad I didn’t. The installers were professional and everything works and looks great.
