Our range hood works great. Thanks to Geek Squad folks for simply superb installation.

Conversion from over the range hood to over the range microwave was smoother than expected. The Geek Squad tech had to turn over the metal plate on the top and the draft then went up using existing duct to outside the house. He also put in a new electrical socket in the cabinet over the stove.

They came in and did what they were here for...installation of a range hood. New what they were doing and had it done quickly. They were very professional.

The install went as expected and they were very informative.

The size is perfect for lower cabinets above the stove. Sometimes I feel that the food doesn’t get as hot as it should when microwaving. But otherwise it’sa great micro.

Installer was excellent and professional. Scheduling issues had him only installing a cooktop, but he was able to install the microwave, double oven, dishwasher and cooktop all at once so he would not have to come back. I was happy to have everything done.

There was lots of rescheduling and delays on the admin side of this experience that was not so good but finally I got a receptionist that made the appointment right and the team that was sent out to install were friendly, worked great today and went through my new appliances with them. They also cleaned up after themselves really well. So glad it is finally done and that it ended on a good note.

Installation was a breeze! I usually try to do things myself but I’m so glad I didn’t. The installers were professional and everything works and looks great.

Great product. 1.5KW power so it's higher than most and was great for the money. This is a replacement of the same type (i replaced a 5yr old model that came with my home), and there was a cosmetic change with the door - but nothing impacting the performance.

Replaced range hood with microwave, so they needed to make some electrical adjustments and hang the microwave properly. All was done quickly and professionally, with a thorough clean up afterwards. Very happy.

We have the yearly tech membership (read about it. Its a good deal...) so Best Buy actually calls on their pool of contractors. Chas delivered the microwave on Thursday (4 days after I ordered it). He did a fast, excellent job. He also hauled it and all the box trash away with him! I was very impressed!

This was the 3rd install attempt by Best Buy; Ricky finally knew how to correctly install an "over the stove" microwave. The microwave works fine, but the difference is Ricky had the experience and knowhow to do it quickly and correctly. Ask for him.

Nice sleek model. Gives me more space between stove top and microwave than the previous one. Need to look for spacers on each side tho.

The installer had to cut back some cabinet trim and grind some tile on the backsplash. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself well.
