They came in and did what they were here for...installation of a range hood. New what they were doing and had it done quickly. They were very professional.

Installation was a breeze! I usually try to do things myself but I’m so glad I didn’t. The installers were professional and everything works and looks great.

Nice microwave, thank heaven for the Geek Squad that did the install. The third party installers were not able to install the microwave, didn't know a third party hired by Best Buy wasn't able to install?

The size is perfect for lower cabinets above the stove. Sometimes I feel that the food doesn’t get as hot as it should when microwaving. But otherwise it’sa great micro.

Nice sleek model. Gives me more space between stove top and microwave than the previous one. Need to look for spacers on each side tho.

The installer had to cut back some cabinet trim and grind some tile on the backsplash. He did a great job and cleaned up after himself well.

Installer was excellent and professional. Scheduling issues had him only installing a cooktop, but he was able to install the microwave, double oven, dishwasher and cooktop all at once so he would not have to come back. I was happy to have everything done.

Conversion from over the range hood to over the range microwave was smoother than expected. The Geek Squad tech had to turn over the metal plate on the top and the draft then went up using existing duct to outside the house. He also put in a new electrical socket in the cabinet over the stove.

Great product. 1.5KW power so it's higher than most and was great for the money. This is a replacement of the same type (i replaced a 5yr old model that came with my home), and there was a cosmetic change with the door - but nothing impacting the performance.

This was the 3rd install attempt by Best Buy; Ricky finally knew how to correctly install an "over the stove" microwave. The microwave works fine, but the difference is Ricky had the experience and knowhow to do it quickly and correctly. Ask for him.
