Quick and polite. Maybe a bit TOO quick. Installers left the microwave canted in its space. Yes, the cabinets are straight, but not the microwave.

We are still learning how to use all the features on this microwave but it could replace a few counter-top appliances. So far we have been using the basic features. One thing I would have liked if they used white led bulbs for the light that shines on the range. This has the common warmer yellowish lights. The matching refrigerator using nice white lights.

The microwave works great. The installation was wrong, though. It was mounted too high and too far back. The door didn't have enough room to open next to the cabinet. We had to have it re-installed lower and farther forward so that the door could open. Wish I had been here to supervise the first installation -- my hubby didn't see the problem until it was too late, but installers should have noticed.

When I bought my microwave, salesperson was very helpful and patient. Delivery and installation crew were fast. When completed, they made sure everything was clean. The microwave was cleaned also.

My installers were awesome. They were prompt, clean, and friendly. The fit was perfect and they tested my microwave before declaring it done. (installation Gest Guys not pictured)

I cannot say enough about how fast, clean, efficient, and professional the installers from this Best Buy are. It was done on time, and perfectly executed. The only way I could tell they had been there is that the new product was installed, and the area around it was a little cleaner than when they arrived.

The installers were on time and quick. The testing and product demo was awful. They ran the microwave several times with nothing inside. Against all instruction manuals. Just put a cup of water or something inside. I really hope they did not damage any parts.

Had a bad experience with the first installers and returned the first unit. They failed in every way, by not securing the microwave and did not add the damper for exhausting to the outside (took the damper with them). The second delivery went well, I installed the replacement myself. LG does make an exceptional microwave, no reflection on the seller, installation must not be hurried.
