Great LG product. It fits in the space perfectly & is great to have a vent, light & microwave all combined in one space. Frees up counter space too. It's very roomy inside & has been easy to figure out without ready the instructions.

After installed an over the range microwave once I decided to pay this time. The install price is a little stiff but worth it. The crew was very professional and cleaned everything when finished.

On the first installation visit (08/31), this microwave arrived damaged (looked like it was dropped and the entire back side was caved in). So, I allowed BestBuy to install the unit (it still worked) and they arranged an exchange. After waiting two weeks, the contracted installers arrived on 09/14 and replaced the damaged microwave with a new unit. The next morning, I noticed that the microwave did not look like it was installed correctly. I found that the installers failed to mount this over-the-range microwave on the support bracket that is bolted to the wall studs, this microwave is currently only supported by kitchen cabinet above....Very dangerous!!! I'm beyond frustrated... I plan to go to the local Bestbuy store today to start the resolution process, Again. The microwave works well. I give this one star because of the poor installation experience, not because of the microwave.

The microwave is well aligned and sturdy but the team scratched our cabinets and made mistakes when cutting the uppers so we ended up with 4 holes in the wood rather than 2.

The person that you sent to my home seemed to be a decent human but he drilled holes in the wrong direction and busted through my brand new cabinet and didn’t clean up behind himself.

Installation was easy and fast with the template and very experienced installers.

It has been a very disappointed experience. I purchased item on 01/19/25 along with 2 other appliances. Two days before delivering items, I was informed that an item was discontinued. Since i picked another items, they changed my delivery date. Items were deliveres separately and installation for oven was on a different date which I thought it was odd. On new date of installation, the tech opened the box and we noticed that the microwave was a used item. It was greasy inside and out. The filter was filthy. I was very mad. Another order had to be made.

install was done very neatly & professionally. I was a little amazed that after installing my microwave and opening the door, I saw a manufacturer date of March of 2017. I might have rethought my purchase of this particular microwave if I had know I was buying a $1300 5 year old microwave.

This is a great microwave. The vent is very powerful.
