The men that installed the microwave were very professional and kind. Took the old one and installed the new one without problem.

The two products I ordered were delivered on time. The delivery man was polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. He was so careful as he was removing the old appliances and after he installed the new appliances he asked "is there anything that you want to ask?" I told him "No"; however, he said well, let me show you some things about the microwave. He preceded to show me a couple of things that were important. He also showed me how to remove and clean the filter and other things. He not only was great at delivery and installation, he knew the appliances which surprised me and he was willing to show me anything that I might need before he left my home. Best Buy picks the best.

Excellent service. Done fast and right. The lead installer arrived as scheduled. Explained the process and answered all of my questions. The crew was professional and courteous. Thank you Geek Squad!

Installers were quick and efficient, [and unlike TV from BestBuy where delivery day was changed four times and I never got the "excuse us" compensitory gift card], they arrived the first time on-time. Complaint: They took away the installation instructions and templates in case I have to install microwave oven elsewhere.

The two young men who came to install our microwave oven were on time and efficient. They had to drill and adjust to get the oven to fit in the space of our old one, and were able to get it installed within a half hour. They were pleasant and friendly, and very competent.

Had best buy geek squad install the new over-the-range microwave both for ease and convenience and because they guarantee I believe the installation for a year (last i checked - i could be wrong on that). Shawn was the geek squad agent who came out to deliver and install the microwave and he was very nice, professional and took the time to make sure it was done right. He even wore little booties so as not to bring dirt into the house which was great. He had to drill some new holds in our existing cabinet since had been a long time since changed out microwaves but he did great and would recommend him to anyone!

He called the night before to advise time frame for arrival; called from his previous job that he was on his way & would be there approx 30. min; it was raining & he & his associate took shoes off upon coming in. Very professional, pleasant and efficient!!! Recommend to anyone! I would use his services in future!!!

Install complete, done very quickly and professionally.

The installer from Best Buy was Demetrious who did an excellent job making sure that my over-the-range microwave was installed properly. Even though he had other deliveries to make he took the time to show me some of the aspects of the microwave and that it was working proplerly. He did an excellant job!

Installation went smoothly, installer was very professional and answered all of my questions.

The vendor chosen by best buy did a great job. Fast, clean, no mess and he knew what he was doing. Pat from Quality Kitchens (DC area) did a great job. He came at the time promised, put down a dropcloth to protect the stove and cabinets. He even showed me how to use the oven and set the clock.

Our first attempt to install resulted in the crew noticing the microwave was damaged. They were fabulous in helping us connect with customer service to note the damage and order a new microwave and arrange another installation. The second delivery and installation went more smoothly. The installers were polite, efficient and considerate with protecting the surrounding areas during installation.

Just WOW! This is one nice microwave!! I have yet to use the app or all the many, MANY features/settings. In time I will. I am extremely impressed. This rated high on consumer reports and I can see why!

Monty showed up on time, removed the old microwave, installed the new microwave, cleaned up and was on his way very quickly. He was very efficient.
