I would have rated this review excellent, except the microwave installers were way too early...I know what you're thinking, but sticking to a previously announced timeline is supposed to be the norm...I wonder what would have happened if I were not to be home when they showed up. Secondly, I was charged an additional $100 since they had to add an extra piece of board to make the microwave fit. Of course, I accepted to pay since they were already there (the installation service was supposed to be free since I have a Totaltech membership). But what really irked me was that they didn't even clean up the mess made by the sawdust from the boards they used to fit the microwave. BTW, the microwave was a replacement for an identical brand of microwave...same dimensions and all. On a positive note, they were in and out in less than an hour...including the time they needed to go get a board.

The two men who came to install our microwave were respectful of our property. They installed it quickly and cleaned up everything afterwords. Great guys.

Geek Squad figured out quickly where they had to make holes in the cabinet. Got it installed quickly and explained through out the process. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend using professionals in appliance installs.

Microwave works great even the popcorn feature works great.

Installers were quick and efficient, [and unlike TV from BestBuy where delivery day was changed four times and I never got the "excuse us" compensitory gift card], they arrived the first time on-time. Complaint: They took away the installation instructions and templates in case I have to install microwave oven elsewhere.

The installer from Best Buy was Demetrious who did an excellent job making sure that my over-the-range microwave was installed properly. Even though he had other deliveries to make he took the time to show me some of the aspects of the microwave and that it was working proplerly. He did an excellant job!

The vendor chosen by best buy did a great job. Fast, clean, no mess and he knew what he was doing. Pat from Quality Kitchens (DC area) did a great job. He came at the time promised, put down a dropcloth to protect the stove and cabinets. He even showed me how to use the oven and set the clock.

Installer did a great job of installation. removed old microwave and disposed of it.

Bought new microwave for over the range. Opted for installation. They came with all the proper tools. Protected my range and cleaned up after. Made quick work of it.

We bought this over the stove microwave as a replacement for another GE profile microwave. This model is larger and he has more options. The Best Buy team installed the new microwave and 20 minutes which included removing the old microwave. It looks sleek and it’s easy to clean. The only problem I have with this microwave is that the control panel is not backlit. I often go in the kitchen to use the microwave with low lights. Then I have to go back and turn on the overhead light so I can see the control panel. I would not buy this model again if I could find one that has a backlit control panel.

Two men came on time and finished the job in a good and timely manner.

Replaced 10 plus year old Frigidaire Microwave with same brand. Works great. Touchpad is not as "visisble" as the original. Works great. Installation was quick and installers arrived earlier than appointment and were courteous and efficient.

I was very pleased with the installation pro. He was in and out quickly and did a good job.

Rich from All American Installs was great! He called the night before to advise time frame for arrival; called from his previous job that he was on his way & would be there approx 30. min; it was raining & he & his associate took shoes off upon coming in. Very professional, pleasant and efficient!!! Recommend to anyone! I would use his services in future!!!

My microwave oven was delivered and installed on the expected day. The gentleman took time to show me some of the features and left his name and number in case there was a problem. Everything is working fine.

Highly professional installation of over-the-range microwave. Knowledgeable, clean, quick. The installers even refused the cash tip I offered them, saying it was not necessary (first time I have ever had that happen!)

The only issue I like to address is they did not leave me instructions on the oven or the microwave. And the men did not really show me how to operate either the oven or the microwave.
