So happy with the customer service we had when installing the microwave. I try to do everything myself, but with the power only for a fan originally there, they were able to strip the microwave wires and connect it. I was so worried it would trip my breakers, but one year later I never have a problem and it is used daily. They were professional and cleaned up. The appliance looks great installed.

Installers did a good job installing my new samsung, they were on schedule and also pre called before arriving to home. Maybe 15-20min to install, i recommend.

I don’t know how I can read it in 50 words, but for the money it was a great microwave being a total tech number they installed it so I think that is a great value. I would recommend a total tech membership to anybody.

The installer did a great job of removing the old unit without any damage to our tiles. The new microwave looks like it was always there.

I needed a new above-range microwave and there wasn't enough clearance for a standard one so I was using the compact counter microwave that was modified to fit the space & had been installed in 1981! The Whirlpool low profile microwave was recommended by Best Buy's Geek Squad and it is perfect. Full-size inside with turntable and tall enough for a 16-oz cup.

Enjoying the new microwave was a good choice, and great installation by Best Buy’s installers. So far very pleased it’s purchase and young fellas whom did installation. Will recommend on both ….

I had Geek Squad handle the installation of my Whirlpool Above the Range Microwave. I've used them several times in the past. They are reliable and professional.

Joseph, Ivan and Mohamed did s really professional job. They figured out how to install it since there was granite in te back where the bracket goes. Clean installation.

I was told I was paying for 2 men to do the installation but one man showed up and he was quick and efficient.

The guys arrived later in the evening in the 8:00pm hour. I had to pay more for them to install an outlet. The outlet was placed upside down. Other than that, the microwave is just beautiful.

Can't say enough about how awesome the installers were. Actual Best Buy employees and not third party contractors. No damage to other fixtures, solid installation and clean up after themselves. Best Buy sent appropriate number of installers for the item instead of being cheap and only sending one.

I bought the same microwave and it was updated a bit. But loved it and it quit working. The new one fits perfect and the gentlemen that put it in were top notch!
