Eric from ABC Installations did a terrific job. The old microwave over the range came out in less than 60 seconds (he didn't even lay it on the floor; he carried it immediately outside). The vent going outside didn't match up exactly, so Eric took down the new microwave, cut a blocking piece of wood out of the way with a sawzall, and reinstalled the microwave. I paid him a little extra for a new vent collar, and with a bit of aluminum tape everything was pretty well sealed up. Eric even vacuumed and wiped down the microwave. Very excellent and professional installation.

The service was great. I have an older home and delivery guy went to look for screws to get the job done right the first time. Microwave look and works beautifully!!!

The San Bernardino store has by far the best customer service! Robert and Nathan in the major appliances department were great. They were very knowledgeable, helpful and fun to work with. When I had encountered a problem with my over-the-range microwave from a different store, they found a new one and set up the delivery and exchange. The following week, I drove 30 minutes back to this location to purchase my new refrigerator and Robert was there to help me again. Even David, the department manager had excellent customer service. I am very thankful for their kindness, patience and honesty. They get a 10 out of 10. From now on, I'm shopping at the San Bernardino Bestbuy, its worth the drive. Even the Delivery guy, Oscar was great. I am impressed with the customer service and their attitudes. I think and feel they deserve acknowledgement, a bonus and a raise. They earned it and deserve it!!!

Installers arrived with the wrong microwave but quickly realized it and still installed the correct one with the original time window promised.

Went well. They were careful and did a great job! I would highly recommend using the installation service again.

I was provided with an arrival time of 3pm-7pm. They were well within that window and even called 15 prior to arrival. Juan and his helper were very professional and presented themselves in a neat and orderly manner. They cleaned up their mess from the install and went above and beyond to clean the floor under my gas range after moving it to access underneath my cabinets. The best home install experience that I’ve ever had. They definitely added confidence in their craftsmanship and overall purchase of Best Buy Total Care.

Made the right choice with this microwave the installer that came to install it was very friendly explained everything great, I recently remodeled my kitchen everything is from Best Buy’s . My Samsung refrigerator will be next.

My new Frigidaire microwave looks beautiful with my new Frigidaire range. The cost was perfect and it was easy on my wallet.

Best Buy installed the microwave I purchased in the store. Technically the installer was qualified. Usually installers will clean up afterwards but that wasn't the case. Also make sure you tell the installer to take the old installed one away. Usually they take away the box the item came in, but that didn't happen in my case either.

Agent Gerard is great at what he does. He was on-time, professional and personable. My condo was built in 1978 with cheap material. The sheetrock is friable, so I thought the installation would be a challenge, but Gerard had a caddy full of nifty tools. For every problem, he had a solution. Thank you for a job well done!

The two young men were real efficient and had my microwave installed in no time.

Very professional and quick easy install. I had a previous Kitchenaid microwave so it made it an easy swap for the new one. They used the same mount to install new unit. The installers were in and out in less than 20min.

Finally got my microwave installed! This is the 3rd one since the last 2 were defective...it took 7 appts to get it right. Customer service kept scheduling the wrong type of appt!! I'm giving it a 5 star because the last installers and customer service rep were great. The installers actually replaced the bracket and cleaned up after themselves...plus they were friendly. And the last cs rep did a great job on follow-up and getting it scheduled right!

Excellent product. Heats really fast in convection bake and air fryer is super good!! Really satisfied.
