The installer was very knowledgeable and courteous and installed the microwave in no time.

The team that installed my microwave did a great job. They removed the broken one, adjusted shelving and put in the new one. I am very pleased with the work they did.

BB originally sent LMI out to install this and they totally messed it up. They pinned the power cord between the top of the microwave and the bottom of my cabinet facing. Couldn’t use the microwave at all that way as something inside was clicking against something. So we were without one for all most 2 weeks. Not happy about that since we use it very day. We had one that worked before that, lol. Then I had to go to the store to get any movement on replacing it as their online support was useless. And you can’t call the stores any longer, it all goes to a call center. The only way to talk to a manager is to go into the store. In the end, the Manager at the BB store in Mesa (Kenny, who was great by the way) got it replaced and even had the Geek Squad instead of their installers come to do the replacement. They did a great job. But until they stop outsourcing their installers, I’ll never buy another appliance that I can’t install myself there again. It was a nightmare. And LMI was horrible.

4 stars because it was not correctly installed in the first time. It was not leveled. The second team of installers was professional and did the work right.

The product (over-the-range microwave) and the Best Buy staff were fine. The independent installer they contracted with though left a bit to be desired. He called 45 minutes before the appointment start time and said he'd be at my house in 5 minutes. I told him I was still at work but could leave immediately and be home in 15 minutes. He said that was great. So, I raced home and waited and waited. He finally showed up at the time he originally was scheduled for and said he'd decided to stop and get dinner. The microwave didn't exactly fit the bracket that was already on my wall, but, to save time, he used it anyway rather than replacing it. The microwave never got put in straight and hangs at a slight angle. He seemed annoyed when I remarked about it and said nobody would ever notice. The microwave seems to be staying put OK and works fine, but the installer definitely didn't care about doing a top-notch job.
