Very prompt and efficient with installation. Careful and respectful of the space and did a perfect job!

I like it. I ordered it in May, it was delivered a month ago and installed last week. I am still in the middle of the kitchen renovation but I am pleased with my appliances.

I have had this microwave for over a year now (7/22/2018). LOVE IT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED cannot find any fault. Everything works like a charm. Very happy. It replaced a Jenn-Air and I like this LG much better.

The product (over-the-range microwave) and the Best Buy staff were fine. The independent installer they contracted with though left a bit to be desired. He called 45 minutes before the appointment start time and said he'd be at my house in 5 minutes. I told him I was still at work but could leave immediately and be home in 15 minutes. He said that was great. So, I raced home and waited and waited. He finally showed up at the time he originally was scheduled for and said he'd decided to stop and get dinner. The microwave didn't exactly fit the bracket that was already on my wall, but, to save time, he used it anyway rather than replacing it. The microwave never got put in straight and hangs at a slight angle. He seemed annoyed when I remarked about it and said nobody would ever notice. The microwave seems to be staying put OK and works fine, but the installer definitely didn't care about doing a top-notch job.

They installed very efficiently and very professional. They were very polite and explained everything. Worth the extra money.
