Great installation of my Whirlpool over the range low profile microwave (WML55011HS) in NYC in March 2021 by Stephanie and D??? - sorry I didn't catch the name of the 2nd team member. They called twice before coming to confirm details of the delivery and the estimated start time. They were professional, polite and very competent. They quietly did a perfect install: removing and carting away the old, large microwave; drilling a hole in the cabinetry for the new one; cleaning up the packaging debris; vacuuming the sawdust & wiping away any mess left on the stove/counters, being careful not to cause any damage; and demonstrating how to use the microwave. I could not have asked for a better, more competent install team! BTW, this was my first Best Buy appliance purchase & it was great: BB had the model I wanted in stock (unlike other big box stores); the staff was polite in rescheduling delivery/installation; the text/email reminders of the install date were helpful; and they politely and quickly honored a price match guarantee after the fact, processing a refund. Who could ask for more? I'll certainly use them again for major appliances. Now I know.

I have been very happy with this microwave so far after 2 years. The only thing I don’t like is that is flashes FOOD if you take something out before the timer goes off and fail to reset/ cancel it.
