Black Stainless Steel: I truly love this microwave and its great features. And, I also love how sleek and modern it looks in my kitchen. The only improvement I wish Samsung had included would be to backlight the microwave keyboard, as it is almost impossible to see it in a darkened room. Maybe Samsung will offer an accessory motion-activated mini-tube light with a black plastic quarter round light shade, rather like a stick-on on stairway light, that would stick on the outside of the microwave just above the keyboard and point downward and illuminate the keyboard. If they do, I'll buy it in a heart beat. Even, despite the lack of keyboard lighting, I'm still rating this microwave as a 5. In the meantime, I'm using a Panther Vision button light to illuminate the keyboard at night

Microwave does everything. Perfect size for heating up anything. And it goes great with cabinets. We upgraded from old appliances to new could be more pleased with the Bispoke line of appliances.

He covered my counters and the area he would be working on so he could clean up efficiently. Installation was an amazing value and convenience. Great communication, they were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Absolutely worth it!

The microwave seems to work perfectly around 5-6 weeks after install. It has a modern style, and is very easy to clean. It heats food thoroughly and if anything, it heats food a little on the stronger / hotter side than previous microwaves I have had in the past, which is definitely a good thing. I have no complaints, and am very satisfied with my purchase.

When we bought our house, the people who renovated it put a Frigidaire refrigerator, gas range, and dishwasher but a Whirlpool over-the-range microwave. After a couple of years, the microwave started having a very strange issue. So, when we decided to replace it, we knew we wanted Frigidaire to go with our other appliances. This one is also bigger than our previous one. It not only looks great but works great as well. Like many others, it has vents and an under-microwave light. The lights under and inside appear to be LED lights. It has the typical beverage, popcorn, and potato presets but one I've never had before, a melt/soften preset. Which is great for when I'm baking and need to soften butter. I never knew that was an option on microwaves! The white textured interior is extremely easy to clean and unlike dark interiors, splatter is easier to see. Overall, we're very happy with it!

I purchased an LG over the range smart microwave with sensor cooking and extendaVent 2.0. The installers were fast, precise, professional and clearly were experienced in this type of installation. The microwave works great with so many extra features. I even used the melt feature to melt butter and it worked great. Since I am an avid home cook sometimes things can get a little smoky on the stove top. The extendaVent feature is a great help to me. I couldn't be happier with this microwave purchase. Love it!

Looked in to replacing my over the range hood for at least 10 years. Couldn’t make up my mind. I knew I’d like a over the range microwave, but thought they look like they take up a lot of room. And then, the slim Samsung caught my eye. Looks so classy and fits perfectly above the range without taking a lot of space and still providing me with exhaust and microwave I dreamt of. Incredibly happy with insulation and quality.

This install went as if not smoother than any I have seen. The installer was experienced and had the old one down, and the new one installed in under an hour. He even took the time to explain some particulars of the microwave.

This microwave I purchased from Best Buy is great so far, but what really blew me away was the amazing customer service I received from the beginning. From the assistance I received with Best Buy in finding a microwave that would fit my specific needs, the curbside pick up experience, and the installation with of the microwave with their partnered company, AIC Installation. I received incredible customer service from the beginning until the end. This experience has left a lasting impression as a customer - especially when exceptional customer service is hard to find these days. I would definitely recommend Best Buy to any of my friends/family and plan to shop there again.

So glad we went with this microwave. It looks very space age. The sounds are also not as harsh as older models.

We had the microwave installed appropriately 2 weeks ago and unit works very well. The installation only too about 40 minutes and the installers were courteous and knew exactly what to do. The unit this microwave replaced was the same brand and model as what we purchased so we kind know what to expect. We hope the new upgraded model lasts longer then the one we replaced.

The microwave is both pretty and efficient. Also, it includes an air fryer! Helpful Temp guidelines are inside in the frame making it easy to make the correct settings without the guide. Nice.

The installers called me for a heads up and showed up earlier than scheduled. They completed the microwave install quickly. They demonstrated the microwave's operation. There have been no problems.

They came exactly when scheduled. 2 guys installed my microwave. They were quick and showed me how to work it etc. My range was off center so they moved it over to center it. They cleaned up and took the box for me. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Now i need to fix the wall under it!
