This game plays very different from traditional FPS games as its based on teamwork using different characters that each are unique. They each fall into different categories such as damage dealers or healers fighting 6 vs 6 in objective game modes. Its definitely a nice change vs what other current FPS offer and truly an amazing game that is best played with friends. I can't describe enough how fun this game is and I initially had no intention of ever getting it until my friends kept suggesting it.

To make it clear...i really enjpy this game. Unfortunately its content is really thin and to my opinion its not worth 60$ Even with my gamer club unlock membership, paying around 53$ (taxes included) i felt this game waws worth around 43$. No big ranking and unlocking system. Apart from that the gameplay feels innovative and refreshing! Wait till price drops a bit more and give it a try!

I am definitely an old-school gamer and not at all into MOBA style games. DOTA, Team Fortress, Counter Strike have never appealed to me, though I have played some. If you're a fan of Blizzard and MOBA then this is a no-brainer but if you're like me and somewhat on the fence then just know that you're getting into a paper-thin game with extremely fun mechanics, controls, playability, etc. There feels like a mountain full of material wasted on this game. The characters and stories could have such great campaigns/stories attached to them, but instead are given 5-minute youtube videos to explain everything about them. And speaking of the subject...possible spoiler alert: but if these "heroes" are banding together to fight some sort of evil, why are they spending all of their time fighting each other when this evil is supposedly destroying the world?? Again, there is absolutely zero story from the game itself (watching the youtube videos doesn't count in my book) so just know that you're getting a great-playing game with zero story or depth. It definitely can wear thin as I am seeing myself playing less and less of it. Again such potential for a great game feels squandered to me. Recommend not buying at full price, wait for discount. I fortunately picked it up pre-order but still about $15 off full price.

My personal game of the year for 2016. Reinvigorates the FPS genre with great and balanced gameplay, characters, aesthetics, just well made all around. Fun for beginners and veterans to FPS alike. Highly recommended.

This game is one of the best there is out there. It's beautful with plenty of support to keep it going. Blizzard does it again. A diverse set of character and map locations. Overwatch is great on all platforms

My initial thoughts were that this game would be another lame FPS but boy was I wrong! The diverse set of heroes really makes this game unique and fun!

I was looking for a good game to play online with friends and this is definitely a great choice. It is very fun and easy to play some quick matches with friends online.

Really great controls. Huge amount of characters to play with adding both style and strategy to your playing. It's everything I needed in Team Fortress 3.

I still like call of duty better but for a change of scenery and pace, you can't go wrong with Overwatch. The characters' uniqueness is much different than COD specialties. Far more interesting and fun and less serious like with COD.

To start it off, I don't usually buy games based on multiplayer only. I don't mind multiplayer coming with a story based game. However, this is a different story and Blizzard did it right! The gameplay is easy and fun, it doesn't take much to learn but it make take a bit to learn some characters. Graphics are good enough. As someone who plays story based games, this has a plus of adding to play against the AI and you can pick the difficulty. Warning however, this game can be quite addictive,

Ever since I saw this game I was always interested in it, and when I had the chance to play the beta I played it everyday and enjoyed my time with it. After pre ordering the game and owning it for a couple weeks I have to say that this game has consumed my time for most other games, its just that fun. The variety of characters and modes and progression system never let it get old. Its like no other multiplayer game I've ever played and is one of my top games of this generation of systems.

Overwatch is easily the most time I've put into a multiplayer game since Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare. This game is very team based so you need to go in understanding that IT'S NOT all about kills. You need to assist teammates to win games whether you are a healing character, tank character to absorb damage, or being a defensive character. Do not get this game if you just want to run around killing things because it requires more than that and your team mates will be upset with you.

If you have ever played a first person shooter and liked it then you should buy Overwatch. its implementation of the heroes system instead of blank characters is the best i have ever seen. Its no Call of Duty or Battlefield and it doesn't try be. It does its own amazing unique thing and you just have to love it its so much fun to play. The lore and backstory for just a few of the characters is just amazing and you wish it had a story mode. Buy this game.

Now, first and foremost, you need to realize Overwatch is multiplayer only. There is no storymode and you will exclusively be playing PvP. If this isn't a dealbreaker for you, you will love this game. It is so varied in the playstyles between its different heroes. You can damage, heal, support, etc and each hero does so differently in awesome ways. Plus the end game doesn't plaster some leaderboard based on kdr. Very fun. Get it!

A good MMO FPS created by blizzard. However lacks single player or campaign, which may have added more value to the game. Similar to team fortress 2

Fast paced pure multiplayer game. There is no single player mode available.

Blizzard knows multiplayer; this game is fun and fast paced.

This game offers great characters and tons of fun.

This game is just an absolute blast to play. A ton of different characters to play and try, spanning levels, great art style. You may find some people that don't play this as intended (it's objective based, but people just wanna shoot each other!), but if you find some good players or have a squad, just enjoy it!

I played the open beta over the weekend and it was the most fun I have had in a multiplayer shooter in quite some time. The characters are great, maps are well thought out, and it has the Blizzard polish all over the place. Can't wait for 5/24/16
