There is always a game that catches everyone by surprise with how well it is made. Overwatch is one of those games. Extremely fun to play. Easy to get into. The online support is fantastic and the ease of playing with friends online is refreshing. Highly recommended to all online multiplayer gamers.

Being a gamer but not big into multiplayers or shooters, I kept an eye on Overwatch from afar. I played the beta and at the last minute I preordered it . I have been happy with the game since I popped it in my PS4. The matches are fun, the characters are memorable, and the whole thing is addicting!

I didn't know a game so full of color and fun can be so addicting. I can't stop playing this!

I love this game favorite game to play. Has a ton of characters with special abilities. You have to balance team with the right amount of healers, tanks, defensive, and offensive characters to win against good teams. All around good game if you like challenging competitive teamwork games.

This is my first review out of the many years i've been a bestbuy customer. That is to put in perspective how much i actually enjoy this game. At first it was a decision between this or battleborn but after trying this out there is no contest. Overwatch has something for everyone with its quick play mode for casual gamers who just want to play for a few minutes to hardcore gamers who would definitely enjoy the competitive mode. One thing about blizzard that I've noticed so far that they enjoy keeping customers into their products. They are constantly updating the game to improve it for the gamers. The game is team based, is usually requires a team effort to win especially in competitive. Pros: Amazing graphics and detail each character has its' own unique gameplay style can pick up and play any amount of time competitive mode seasonal events constant updates Cons: Voice system can use some work Competitive mode(annoying teammates with no mics)

Overwatch is a refreshing change of pace from all the CoD clones out there. It has an awesome selection of heroes that all feel varied and unique. The game is more about winning than K/D ratio, so working together as a team is best. My only real complaint is that it is a little light on content. There are 14 maps and only a few online game modes. There is no single player campaign, which is a real shame.

Got this game for my brother who loved Destiny, and I think he's been playing this quite a bit more. It's multiplayer only, and is a bit more strategic than call of duty but has better gameplay variety from the looks of it, with lots of different characters to change things up.

Finally bought my own copy of this game for my PS4. Ready to merc some noobs online.

This game has many characters for many different types of players. Overwatch is a futuristic shooter game focused on team battle. You cannot upgrade heroes but if you play enough the characters wont get better, YOU will get better. Overall, very addicting and a fun shooter.

i love the detail they have brought to the team layout where you absolutely need to work together as a team to be victorious it can be frustrating when you run into mavericks but all in all i love this game it has taken the place of the my favorite first person shooter!!

I purchased the game from Best Buy to get the collectible plate ( license? ), which people are now selling ( LOL ) on Ebay. Love the collectible and love the game. It's a nice refreshing change of pace from the current crop of FPS games out there that are reliant on a meta game that requires you to use certain guns to keep up. Overwatch is more like a MOBA in that you use Heroes or Agents with a particular play style, so most games are always different. Lately on console the turret character Torbjorn is running rampant, but Blizzard the company that makes the game is working on balancing that. That fact and the fact that any additions to the game later on will be free of charge make this game well worth it. My only complaint is with Best Buy itself since I never did receive my $10 in rewards as advertised. This may keep me from ordering more games from BB if the pre order bonus doesn't catch my eye. Other places do deliver on the promises. I do have to compliment the community people from Gaming-BBY, I also had problems getting my beta access ( see a common problem with BB? ), but they quickly rectified it and sent me code. Gaming-BBY has always picked up the slack when BB drops the ball, and I can't commend them enough. Good work people. I highly recommend the game, especially if you can get a fun group. The game is more about the experience, not just winning or losing. It is an objective based game, so kills are not the focus, teamwork is!

This game is a breath of fresh air for first person shooters. Each character has their own unique play style and the art direction is nice to look at as well. The only thing I hate is the lack of single player, while only having 12 maps. You'd think they could make a few more than that with a 100% focus on multiplayer.

This is a fun game! Definitely a must get for a group of friends to play with online. There are so many different character combinations you can choose from so it never gets old. Plus, the game is produced from Blizzard so you know they will provide amazing support for it.

Throughout my life there have been 3 multiplayer shooters that I can honestly say were some of my most fun experiences gaming: Halo 3, COD 4, and Uncharted 2. After years of disappointing, frustrating experiences with other multiplayer shooters, I am extremely happy to say that Overwatch now joins those ranks. The class based, objective shooter is nothing new, but what Blizzard brought to the table is a charming personality in it's world and characters and polish that shines throughout. My only complaints for the game would be the obvious pc focus. It would be nice if console issues were addressed in a more timely manner. Also, the community currently has a bad rep of being "toxic", which I won't deny that there are a lot of immature people on their mics, and I don't condone them. However, those kind of people exist in all faucets of the Internet, so don't let them bother you. Just ignore, mute, or block them.

I'm not a fan of FPS games. I can't stand Call of Duty, etc.. But I'm addicted to Overwatch! Overwatch is without a doubt, the best game of 2016. It features a cast of amazingly colorful characters that each have their own specialties. So you don't have to worry about load-outs or anything like that - just concentrate on finding a few characters or so that fit your style of play. I love that Overwatch doesn't take itself overly seriously. It's that atmosphere that helps you want to stay engaged with it and continue to get better. I'd say that the best comparison for Overwatch is that in many ways, it's the Street Fighter of shooting games. Blizzard has also been great with continued support with new maps, characters, and balance changes! So Overwatch will be going strong for years to come. Chances are that you're playing it already. I was not sold on this game and thought it was a gimmick. But then the beta dropped and boy was i glad to be wrong. This has to be one of the best games i have played this year. 21 characters all with different load outs and abilities. Makes for very fast and chaotic fun

Overwatch is one of the best first person shooters I've played on consoles in the past couple of years. It's a lot of fun. There's a good amount of characters to play with to keep you from getting bored. Even without a single player mode, this game is amazing. Get it!

I have been playing this game exclusively since it was in beta and I have not gotten bored or disinterested. It is that good. Take the time to learn the game play, and put in the hours to learn the characters and I guarantee you will have an absolute blast!

Great game! I only wish I looked a little closer at the product description so that I wouldn't have been surprised by this game requiring PlayStation Plus to play. I was hooked by the free weekend and assumed since I didn't need it to play then, I wouldn't need it for the full game. Still a great game though, it definitely got me to buy a PS+ membership. It has lots of similarities to Team Fortress 2 in terms of game play and micro transactions (although in Overwatch the items you can get are all purely cosmetic). Blizzard seems to be very focused on balance and the game's longevity, asexpected. Plus there's a good amount of side material to keep fans interested in the form of character short videos (again, a lot like TF2's "Meet the..." videos) and online comics that delves into explaining more about the futuristic version of Earth the game takes place in.
