Camera quality is good however sound is horrible! Can’t hear me when I talk your have to be super super quiet

I got this for a set of new parents. They were blown away with all the features! It is nice to have if you have the sock as well. Set up was a breeze and I love the cord covers that were included.

Love this camera, we have tried different ones in the past but this one has high quality and alerts are come in real time

We were looking for a replacement for our Arlo Baby Monitor (discontinued) that stopped working, this seemed to be pretty close to having all the features of our previous monitor. Setup was a breeze but that’s about the only good thing i can say, right away after I completed setup I noticed history page wouldn’t load in app and I was not getting movement or sound alerts, huge red flags But the deal breaker was not having Multi Factor Authentication which is pretty standard these days AND multiuser design in the app is straight up lazy, everyone shares the same account with up to 5 people using the same account (probably why there is no MFA possible) huge security risk, I boxed it up and returned it. Got an Arlo Indoor Essential Camera for $50 less, has most of the same features available.

Not a fan. Video quality is poor. Only reason I would have purchased this was if I got the sock. The app is horrible. Keeps on telling you there’s a firmware update yet doesn’t let you update. Overall a lot of better products out there with better video quality for similar or less price.

This video monitor works well with the baby socks and oxygen monitor. Easy to use and helpful to keep an eye on my baby

I honestly had high hopes for this, using it for 4 months or so and just a let down. Pros: Great image quality day and night (I’m sure something else is out there with similar image quality/better though) Cons: No notification system, although the adds show notifications I don’t get any... nada, nothing! Please keep in mind I just bought the camera, not sure if having the sock changes things but if not then the system as a whole is flawed. Audio issues, audio is constantly cutting in and out or just not coming in at all requiring me to either hold the power button for Siri and cancel it out or Mute it within the app and then changing it back to background. No native iPad support is also something that bugs me, I honestly would think that they would figure people would use an iPad but yet, have to use it in iPhone mode. Would I recommend it to someone... maybe if they fixed the issues I can give them another chance but as things currently stand, I’d say spend your money elsewhere. Oh, and as I’m typing this audio once again is cutting in and out. (BTW, contacted support about the issue and they said download the latest version of the app even though I stated using latest version of the app)

The camera works great. Tip make sure your internet connection is fast so that way there is no lag in the video like it happened to me
