I love my OXO-Burr Conical Coffee Grinder so much that I bought several months ago, that I decided to buy my parents one for Christmas.

coffee somehow gets inside the machine and comes out of the bottom. i've used it maybe a dozen times and had about a half cup of ground coffee come out when i move or tap the machine. Wasteful and messy.

Got this a month ago after having issues with a amazon cheapo, and this grinder keeps clogging after a month of use.

Jammed up repeatedly. My handy partner couldnt even get it to work. Returned it.

This OXO grinder has a professional feel to it. The appearance is very slick and will look good on your counter. The grinder parts are heavy and of a hard metal. The grind selector works easily and makes sense. It cleans easily so you can enjoy the true flavor from a variety of coffees. There really is nothing negative to say about it at all. This OXO grinder was a pleasant surprise- a new appliance that does what it is meant to do uncompromisingly.

Excellent product. The grind is consistent. It is quiet (for a grinder) and easy to keep clean. You don't have to be a coffee gourmet to appreciate the improvement this grinder brings to yours brew.

This is a great grinder! It requires very little maintenance, and the coffee comes out very evenly ground. My coffee game has greatly improved since adding this to my station!

I loved how easy the grinder was to use...it does great with both drip and espresso!

I find this grinder great for my needs. Bit loud like all others. Had it for about 4 years now and still works great. Can take parts out to clean. Grind selection is very good from fine to course. Yes, I have pitch and poor, French press and drip coffee makers. Guess I like coffee :). Like all beans you may need to tap the grinder occasionally as they pile up above the grinder mill. I usually see this with dark roasted beans that is a bit oily. They kind of stick so a tap or two will free. Keep in mind beans bounce weather blade or burr grinders. Just normal. Good burr grinder

Solid purchase, works great. I need more characters for minimum amount. There I’m done.

The beans are uniformly ground is much quieter than my previous grinder. I especially like the metal bin.

Quieter than the Cuisinart. Takes getting used to assigning a grind time versus picking a number of cups to grind. Only had it for 3 weeks. Too early to determine as proof is in how long it lasts.

Really like it Some reporting noisy is not valid. Just takes a little while to get the timing down and you no longer need to measure teaspoons as the timer is accurate.

it stopped working after 2 months of use. I asked customer service for help and they never responded.
