    Love the "fun" of being able to adjust my coffee experience. First time operating it wasn't responding to "Start". Not sure why, unplugged, re-plugged and again followed instructions. Worked. I wonder if there's a safety built in I haven't identified. (Besides the shut off tied to overheating motor.)

    Really great coffee grinder. Aesthetically pleasing, multiple grind levels and allows adjustment for quantity of coffee ground. The first we ordered had a malfunction but the replacement has had no issues.

    This was a Wirecutter recommendation for a reasonably priced burr grinder and it certainly met all my expectations. Easy to use, easy to clean and takes up little room on my limited counter space. Visually pleasing too, excellent design.

    I have had other burr coffee grinders, but they were noisy and messy. This grinder is amazing - quiet and does not leave grounds everywhere.

    I was having an awful time with French Roast beans sticking and clogging in another brand with a horizontal burr grinder. This OXO grinder has a vertical set of blades that minimize the sticking . Additionally this one is whisper quiet compared to the other brand.

    Works great. Best grinder we’ve had. Some people have complained about the cup not staying in place. Just make sure the clear lid is on the cup correctly and it should click into place with no issues.
