Removed cig lighter and put this usb in...

I had geek squad run this into my console glove box (back by my shifter lever), I had them remove a cig lighter adapter and put this in. It works great and allows my phone to be plugged in and charging while hidden in the glove box. It also allows full function of the phone by touch screen of the radio. Reasonable cheap, but cool, trick stuff in my Son’s Mustang

The part worked out great and looks very professionally done.

Great USB extension cable
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Used it for PS4, it is connected to one of the USB ports on the PS4, just plug it in and ran the cable outside of my console and secured it with the bracket. I don't have to worry about unplugging my steering wheel male USB cable from the PS4 wearing it out and having to get it repaired. Just replace the extension cable if the connection wears out. Cheaper than having to have the PS4 USB outlet repaired.
