It was installed by one of geek squad rep. It blends in so well you barely can see it. Thanks geek squad!

Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The product has a nice, clean, and flush mount in place of my old cigarette lighter. The connector can be a bit finicky at times and can disconnect temporarily (enough time to disconnect from Android Auto), but should have no effect towards charging. I have tried several different cables, and as long as the cable is new and still has a firm connection there is hardly any issues. If not for this connection issue this product would receive an easy 5 stars. No plans on changing it.
