    So far no issues, were it was installed at was genius, it doesn't stick out it's so flushed against the plastic covering. It was installed by one of geek squad rep. It blends in so well you barely can see it. Thanks geek squad!

    I purchased this item when I had the Pioneer stereo installed. My wife's 2017 Jeep Wrangler didn't have a USB port. Now she can charge her phone or other devices when needed while traveling.

    The product has a nice, clean, and flush mount in place of my old cigarette lighter. The connector can be a bit finicky at times and can disconnect temporarily (enough time to disconnect from Android Auto), but should have no effect towards charging. I have tried several different cables, and as long as the cable is new and still has a firm connection there is hardly any issues. If not for this connection issue this product would receive an easy 5 stars. No plans on changing it.
