This sale no a no charge replacement of the same part which failed in less than 1 year in a vehile that was driven less than 1000 miles during that time period. I give it 3 stars because of the failure. I did not rate it lower because of the excellent service I received from Best Buy and because I believe thatthe failure was most likely an anomoly.

Still waiting since the harness arrived to have our backup camera installed correctly been to the Wilmington store 4 times we live 2 hrs away in South Carolina. It's been over a month now since we were told an additional part needed to be ordered that was on Nov 21st. Now we just revised the store on Dec 18th and was told by Kareem Asst Manager that the installer was on vacation until the New Year . We had to drive there because when you call you go through a network of out sourced call centered that will not let you speak to a manager. If we had to do it all over again With the time we have been waiting since the original order on Oct. 29th we would definitely have our purchases elsewhere. Ridiculous can't speak to a manager can't get a reply from a email sent two weeks ago To Michael the listed manager on the website. It's about the worst customer service for follow up and to have paid for merchandise that was supposed to be installed weeks ago. Will never recommend Best Buy to anyone..

I really wanted this product for the idea that I would have steering wheel control. I feel like I was duped. Apparently I needed to but this for the stereo to even work with my truck, but to then tell me after the fact, that this product doesn’t really work with because my truck didn’t already have steering wheel controls, it doesn’t. Why does the product say it will do this and why then does it say you need it? The explanation I feel was poor and it should be clearer for the consumer to realize what they really mean. Just saying…

Bought this as a gift for my husband and he loves his new stereo/gps system. This was the kit needed for the system I bought him.

I was able to keep my remote from the steering wheel functions

Exact fit, had it installed by the total tech department but it made everything work properly.

They had what I needed and it was affordab how to write needed and it was very affordable

I wasn’t sure if this was going to fit my truck for I had a 2019 ram and my brother had a 2015 but it worked perfect

Jvc Radio I purchased 2 months ago.When you turn key on takes like 2 minutes to come on.Then you have to agree not to use during driving.Sucks
