My review of the item I purchased was exactly as listed online and it worked great. Made it easy to connect the radio. Customer Service in the Wilson, NC store were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely so business with again in the near future.

This little device saved my ability to be able to control the volume and switch songs from my steering wheel. I would have been lost without those features.

This is an excellent unit but if you don't already know a little about wiring up a car stereo then it may leave you scratching your head, especially going into a VW. At the end of the day, all wiring is connected and the unit works flawlessly.

PAC interface work well for after market installation; doesn't link everything like cell phone to dash, but most other things are good.

Used this to install a Pioneer radio in my sister's VW Jetta, and it is very easy to install. The salesman showed me which wires were used for certain functions, and I had it installed in an hour!

I haven’t had any issues with my new radio and the accessories I purchased with it. Including this. VW owners this is a must have if you need to replace your factory stereo.

I bought this to put in my 2013 Passat S and it works with my new touch screen deck. But I started to notice things not working right from day one, when using the key fob to unlock the doors the driver door will not unlock. So now I'm forced to keep the key hole cover off on my car , looks like complete garbage. The other issue I am having is the multi function button on my washer control arm will also change stations or tracks I'm listening to, even on Bluetooth. For the price of these I would like to think they work without flaws but unfortunately things are made cheap and quick. Someday I will be removing this if I find a better one.

The radio controls for the volume and phone work as they should. The only thing that I was disappointed with was there were no controls to change radio stztions from the steering wheel.

Was able to keep my steering wheel buttons working with this kit. Just make sure u read the instructions on which number you are to set it to before applying power.

This interface worked great with my 2004 Volkswagen Jetta and works flawlessly. I had the steering wheel controls hooked up as well with no problems whatsoever.
