GM radio interface wiring kit

It is not designed to easily get from one feature to another. The features are not all accessible in one location and you have to exit one program to enter another. For example, I can't easily go from the radio to Pandora to Sirius. And it doesn't allow me to access my favorite Sirius stations by putting in the station number as I can in my other vehicle. The settings are not informative for easy modification. For example, I had to go to YouTube to find out how to set the correct time on the clock because it involves using the parking brake to be able to do so. I would not have bought this unit if I had known what I now know about it. Some settings are greyed out and there is no explanation of how to have them become active. You have to experiment and then try to remember what you did if you are succesful.

Missing parts
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Basically, this adapter helps maintain the functionality of the OnStar system when installing an after-market stereo. The kit was delivered to the store with a missing component, so the stereo installation had to be postponed while the adapter kit was reordered. Also, if you're not an OnStar subscriber, but your car comes equipped with it, there's an adapter that can be purchased to bypass OnStar and still make the stereo operational and is only half the price!
