    Why have the steering wheel controls if your not going to use them. You can opt not to install but then you lose the convenience

    Installed this on a 2019 Chevy express and retained onstar but has an issue where steering wheel controls only work sometimes.

    you have to have it to install into 2008 chevy equinox otherwise some things will not work on some GM vehicles
