    After this was installed it only lasted about 6 months before it blew out. Had to take it to a car shop to have it removed because my radio would. It cut off.

    Wouldn't work properly. Have to go back to Best buy to have them troubleshoot. The steering wheel controls didn't work

    Initially, the controls worked great, but after the warranty expired, the controls are not responsive. It can also be the installer's fault, who knows.

    If you want to be able to control your radio with stearin wheel buttons after replacing it you need this kit

    Only the volume control works, the voice button, mode buttton, and tuner do nothing.

    This was not included in the initial install. We had to come back and install after at a additional cost. It does not work as well as the original stereo.

    Great product just wished it fit my car, the product did. Not fit in my car, wish the sales person didnt try too just sell me a product

    This unit is supposed to work in a NISSAN Versa combined with a Pioneer headunit. They are NOT compatible and has never worked properly despite 3 attempts to make it work. Certainly do not take anything to the Glencrossing Best Buy. They ignored me. I wish I'd kept my Nissan radio. Denver at the Florence store was able to make it work 90%. I purchased this in NOVEMBER of 2019 and it just got "fixed" last month. August of 2020.

    They were NOT installed correctly after I paid for them at the Myrtle Beach Location. I then had an appointment for remote start at the Wilmington NC store & they were supposed to be corrected at that appointment & they were not & now I have to go for a third appointment to the Wilmington NC store which is 75 minutes each way from my house
