    Volume control worked , but the phone buttons didn’t - had an 01’ Mercedes w210 e class with the Bose .

    This is much needed when you add a stereo. Pay the extra money and make sure the controls to the stereo are connected.

    Had to buy this to install a new radio. Only problem is the Best Buy website doesn't tell you ahead of time how much other "stuff" must be purchased to install a radio.
