Got this as a gift for my grand daughter and she absolutely love it. The setup instructions were easy to follow.

This thing is pretty awesome only complaint is how long it took to put together

Here’s the deal. I cannot write a review on this particular product because Best Buy has not had it shipped to my home yet. It was suppose to be at my home November 21st 2023. It is December 8th 2023. We have reached out to Best Buy multiple times with zero answers on their end. I tried to cancel the item and they refused to do that as well. We’re going to keep filing complaints with the BBB until they resolve our issue. I know this is not 1UPARCADES fault. It’s the amount of units Best Buy didn’t have on hand and have failed to reach out to us informing us on the delay of the product being delivered.

It doesn't work at all. Nothing comes on. We have gone back and forth with the company for 2 months.

Gift for my 7 year old. He loves it! He enjoyed decorating it with all the stickers that it came with. Good quality!

If you were old school then you will definitely appreciate this title. it looks like it comes with all the best games that came out during the pacman era so if you're into this, this will definitely be for you. I have all the table top ones so I don't think it will be a problem to party in those to make room for this piece.

Love this machine! My boyfriend and I have not stopped playing it since we received it. So much fun and exactly like the arcade pac man! Galaga is great too! Have not gotten to the other games yet. (14 in total) but I’m sure we will. Great purchase!!!

Completed Assembly in less time than expected...Although it comes in several pieces the require assembly, it was not a problem...Noted that Arcade Game is a great addition to our Game Room..

Fun for the whole family. My only complaint is the joystick is not as reactive to movement as I'd hoped. It's great with the riser as you get more height for the system.

So much fun! For me, it's a trip down memory lane and for my kids, it's brand new entertainment! Easy to assemble and works great!

If i could give BEST BUY a negative stars they deserve it. The delivery was damaged then I had to return it to ups. Not fun for me im disabled. A second one was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. The day of delivery best buy cancelled it. Cedar rapids " manager" Andrew should not be representing your company. Was the rudest i have dealt with didn't care didnt want to help and wouldnt tell me his last name. Still waiting for my refund
