It took over a month to receive this item. The Best Buy team was not very interested in expediting the item to complete the installation, so I was working with a makeshift refrigerator/freezer for a month. The corporate contact was no help whatsoever, she was terrible at communicating, not returning emails and phone calls.

The marrying kit did not come with all the required parts so I needed to have a second one sent to me at the end all was returned due to Best Buy, not having the correct experienced technicians to do the install correctly

This is the 2nd kit ordered that i haven't received. I purchases my appliance 11 months ago and no installation appt. yet. I have made several calls and no appt. spoke with 2 supervisors and no outcome.

We are enjoying our Freezer they came and setup the pairing kit with no problem

The Frigidaire refrigerator and freezer are absolutely horrible and the customer service from Best Buy has been pathetic. I ordered this kit for my units, along with installation. I receive an email later stating they do not even carry the product, but yet my money was not refunded. Next thing I know I receive a text saying my installation was coming up and to agree to the time. I agreed, confused, but then we contact Best Buy to check and the customer service person said they do not carry this item, but yet we were not refunded.
The "installer" shows up with the kit, but says he is not an installer. So now I have to figure it out on my own.
This is pathetic customer service and scheduling. But it has been like this with both the refrigerator and freezer.
