First of all, this is one of the best looking units ever, the picture and sound quality are on a whole new level since connecting to this unit. The set up was so easy that kid could do it, I feel safe knowing that my Tv and Arc, also Firestick are safe and secure, the free shipping arrived in just two days, if you're looking for such a unit, look no further, this is the best of the best.

This is great piece of equipment. I also own a 4300 which is a solid performer, but this piece of gear is a game changer for me.

This is a great power conditioner. Plenty of outlets for all A/V equipment and looks great in the cabinet. Does a great job of cleaning up any static and noise.

In a Stste with lots of lightning this gear is a necessity. Since the conditioner/surge protector was installed I’ve had two lightning caused powerline surges. The Panamax clamped the voltage as advertised and protected expensive video and audio equipment. An effect I’ve read about was more accurate audio and video. The power conditioner really does improve the accuracy of the video and audio. I recommends the Panamax 5300!!

I think the item would have been perfect but it did not fit in my entertainment center I had to take it back I like that it has 11 outlets in a protective search is great but unfortunately I had to return it

This thing looks great, it’s easy to set up and should protect all of your high end gear.

One of the nice features of the Panamax is the in-out trigger. With that set-up, I can turn on my pre amp, which triggers the Panamax to turn on its switched outlets and then it will trigger my amp to turn on. Thus I can save some energy and can have my speakers (built-in powered subwoofers) and my amp in off mode instead of always in standby mode. Some things to note: As with all these power conditioners, large plugs may be a problem with covering other outlets. Plug extensions will help. Also, there are 11 outlets, but the eleventh is in the front. Not the best, although convenient for temporary use. I have not noticed any image improvement relative to what I was using. The unit has a great look. Also, its display can be dimmed down to off. During a recent storm, the unit did shut everything down during what I assume was a power surge and then immediately returned the power back when it was safe (a few seconds). Nice.

I love Panamax. This is my second one. I currently am running two of them for my Home Theater. This power conditioner has proven to me that my equipment will always be safe from power surges n power spikes, as well as ensure the electric power is clean. A great addition to any home theater. Plus they look sharp.

It is an investment for the unexpected events if something goes wrong with the main power. This device will protect your expensive electronics against it!

This is a must have for any serious hone theater! I swear that the picture quality and sound quality are better plus you get serious protection against surges... it also gives you the voltage & watts from the circuit your using... If you have invested a good deal of money into your Home Theater then this is a must have and it will make the picture and sound better!!

No problems, subtle improvements in audio and video connected to it. It's not the sexy purchase in my home theatre, but it does what it advertises. If you want night and day differences you should be buying new speakers or a new tv/projector. Otherwise, this is a subtle upgrade and it protects your stuff.

A surge protector is a must if you care for your electronics! this has multiple ports on the rear for several connections, displays the voltage and wattage usage on the front (great for speaker protection), filters electricity for smoother power making your electronics last longer. Smoother power gives you less static for surround sound speakers and it looks amazing!

Awesome picture and sound really cleans everything out

This is my second Panamax product...it provides excellent piece of mind and protection to my valued electronics during any possible power emergency.

Functions as designed. Provides clean power. From an auditory standpoint, could clearly hear the difference in sound. Moreover, it provides excellent protection for your audio equipment. Highly recommend this product for anyone looking not only for protection, but improved sound.

I never thought that a power conditioning system would make a difference in the sound of your Theater System but this unit does that while at the same time protect your investment from power surges and lightning strikes. Well worth the investment.

I have just purchased a new Sony 4K TV and waiting for it to arrive. I purchased this Panamax because my old 2005 50" Samsung Plasma is on a Monster Power supply and wanted the new TV on a Power Conditioner. I also purchased a new Yamaha Receiver. While waiting for the TV to arrive and have installed the new AV equipment. On the Plasma I have the same HDMI cable, and the same cable box. The cable box is now plugged into the wall. I have plugged the old TV into the Panamax. I had Duck Dynasty reruns playing on FYI while doing the work. After all was done both my wife and I noticed a better picture on the TV. The only thing that changed was that I swapped out the power supply.Running through all my channels the picture quality is now amazing. I am still going to replace the TV when it come in but I am amazed at the new picture from my old TV. Thank you to the Magnolia department for recommending this product.

Well it's been a few weeks and about 100 hrs of listing to music and burning the device in. My house is old and the wiring isn't the best, nor do I have ton of outlets in rooms. So I needed this. after burning it in. I noticed the amps sound more responsive a little cleaner. So all in all a good purchase. only issue is I wish you could turn the display lights totally off. Nice that best buy price matched. Ya I guess I'd buy it again if the same need arose.

This unit does everything what Panamax said it would do. I spent alot of time shopping for this type of unit and after what I was told about Panamax and what I seen of it, this was the one for me. The first thing I noticed was how much better the picture and sound quality improved. Some years back I bought Monster's model HTS 3600 and paid $499 for it. It looks like junk compared to this unit. I highly recommend the Panamax M5300-PM.
