    The function that the unit provides is a very worthwhile one by protecting all of my equipment from a power surge. It is very easy to use (just plug everything into it). The price appears to be competitive with similar type units that perform the same function.The unit seems to be larger in size than neccessery.

    Replaced cheaper surge protector after lightning strike - probably wouldn't make any difference but this is better quality
