If they do the guarantee has got you covered. You pretty much plug stuff in and then forget it. You can have the lights and display off if you want. The voltage readout is interesting to see when it's hot out and everybody's AC is running. I got it when it was on sale, of course.

Good product

Now it has only shut down once but still shouldn't be shutting down the system. So it has helped but still have issues with the surround sound and Best Buy keeps giving me the run around even when I purchased a 5 year warranty.
