The only issue is it's dial takes some getting used to-not the most immediately user friendly.

Underpowered

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It might just be this unit, but it was tragically underpowered for supposedly 1000 watt oven - frozen foods always required more time than the bag recommended, and "hot" liquids were frequently lukewarm. At one point, I tested a mug of liquid between this one and our 25 year old microwave, and the Panasonic mug was 20º colder. Replaced it with an LG microwave.
