Great product, it does everything very well, looks great, easy to use, I wish it was more fingerprint resistant

This is, far and away, the easiest microwave I have ever used; the controls are clearly marked, most operations require only two touches, and, to top it off, it cooks superbly well, from pizza, to baked potatoes, to soup or coffee. A first class device!!

This is my second one the first one is so good I can’t get out of the basement because my family and grandkids are always using it so I bought another one for the kitchen now i have two. I absolutely love it

While I haven't tried the air fryer yet, the convection oven and microwave work great! The controls are intuitive and the unit works efficiently. We purchased this to replace an older one on our boat and it was a huge improvement.

This microwave is pretty awesome! It does so many things and it does them well. Air Frying, convection back, quick broiler, and more. It is very nice to have a small appliance that will do all this without heating up the kitchen.

This is not a normal microwave. This thing is amazing. No hot or cold spots in the food, and an auto sensing mode that actually works (just push the button and your food comes out hot). Also, from the air frier and broil functions, frozen pizza comes out perfect with a turn of the knob and push of the button, and fries come out great. The only drawback is that there are these additional trays for the air frier and broil function that you have to take out and put somewhere when you're just microwaving. It's not cheap, but if you want a microware that does it all, does it well, and then some, splurge for this one.

Wanted an air fryer but not another appliance on my counter. This microwave, convection, toaster, air fryer offers great versatility in one.

So far so good. Have only used the microwave function though. The fan is very loud and it has to cool down a lot even for just nuking a cup of coffee which is very strange. Looking forward to using it for other items. A little confusing at first, but nice that it has a button for each action. I guess all the machines are moving to a dial now instead of typing in the time you want, so i won't knock it for that. Just happy i found a countertop convection as it makes a better microwave and will use it for convection. We gave our airfryer to our folks too, so one less second appliance too.

toast is not as easy as toaster but did not claim it was. everything else is great. almost a complete kitchen in a box.

Smaller than i would have liked, however it has a wide range of capabilities. Love the convection oven feature. Controls are not intuitive but very simple once you understand it.

It is performing well. There was a bit of a learning curve as it is very different than our last one. The first thing to memorize is what to do when the oven locks. We had a power failure and had to redo the commands.

Love my Panasonic Home Chef 4-in-1. Microwave. It saves space & is quite easy to use. I’m still getting used to the many functions but love it so far. It hasn’t disappointed us.

It works great, and the auto programs / 3 stage programming is wonderful... but. It's not as good, and it's also more expensive if you just bought a microwave and a separate convection oven/broiler. Microwave isn't as good as a standalone panasonic microwave. This one has cold spots and seems a tad slower than other 1000 w microwaves. If you use the air fryer/convection bake then you have to wait for it to cool down. Sometimes we don't even hear the beep because the fan is still going to cool it down so we think it's still running. Deal breakers: The cooling fan is always on if you microwave, and it is LOUD. Louder than my vacuum cleaner. We have an open style floor plan and this makes us all go upstairs or the basement instead of the living room. The light is horrible. The light is at the same height as the provided rack so you can't even see the top of what you are trying to cook. So you have to open the door and peak, which is a big no no for baking. Dark text on a not very bright paint. It's near impossible to read, but I guess you usually need a large light on for the manual/cookbook because it's the only way you're going to remember how to cook everything anyways. They removed all the useful quick buttons a normal microwave has. The quality does seem good and solid; however, such a powerful cooling fan makes me wonder if they skimped on parts being able to withstand heat. Or at least they should ahve put in a large variable speed fan. I can get two devices that do everything better for 3/4 the cost.

This microwave is light-years better than the units from years past. It works really well; so far, we've used it as a microwave, broiler, and air-fryer; haven't tried the bake function yet. We're still experimenting with how long to air fry certain foods, but getting better with practice :) We do know that some foods (frozen snacks - pigs in a blanket, etc.) cook more quickly in the Panasonic HomeChef unit than in a regular oven and turn out crisper too. Note, that to use the air-fry function, there are three pieces to use. First is a round metal tray to catch any grease/drips/crumbs, and that sits on the glass spinner. Second is a metal stand with legs; it provides a several inches of space above the metal tray, and which you then put the wire mesh tray on top. The food goes on the wire mesh. That's all well-and-good, but when you are not using the microwave function, those three pieces need to be stored "somewhere". The air-fry parts take up a fair bit of space, about 6.5" of height, because the legs on the stand do not fold down to conserve space. (Hey, Panasonic folks: if you're reading this, take it as a possible product improvement - make the stand have fold-down legs that can lock in the upright position, please) Not everyone has an 18" wide drawer base that is at least 7" deep that they can dedicate to just these three items. That's why I gave this 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that - our family is really pleased with the unit overall.

Great microwave! Oven works awesome too. The air fryer leaves a little to be desired...but that's not really why I bought it. We put some frozen chicken patties in there and it really only cooked the top. We had to flip them and it took just as long as cooking in an oven. I don't know if air frying is worth it. We bought this to replace a microwave and combine it with oven to get rid of our toaster oven and free up space. It is big but I searched a lot and it's dimensions seemed to be on the smaller size so I really liked that too. Definitely a good buy if you catch it on sale!

Great all in one microwave air fryer comb oven in small package

Have tried all of the cooking modes and it is very good in all modes. The air fryer is as good as a stand-alone model and it has more capacity. Except for the air fryer it is not as good as a dedicated single mode oven, but it saves a ton of counterspace if you had one of each. And the convection mode is good just a little slower. The microwave has a little less power than our stand-alone. Well worth the price.

bought this as an early Christmas present for my wife. She has been wanting one for some time to save heating up the kitchen with the oven to cook small amounts of food. She also wanted an air fryer. So far, she loves it. She has baked in it, air fried, and of course microwaved. The only complain would be it is a little loud but not much more that our old microwave. It does take some time to learn how to use all the functions. We are still learning!!

This multi-function microwave works perfectly. I have had no issues. I do recommend that you actually read the instructions though to ensure you make use of the device's full capabilities.
