    The buttons for putting in time and power level are very difficult to press and show up on the screen. It takes twice as long to enter times and/or power levels on this oven than the previous oven we had.

    Child lock FAILED Worked for 2 weeks then the door wouldn’t unlock after I heated my food… so I had a plate of food locked in the microwave. This happened 2 days after my return period ended. BestBuy wouldn’t do anything about it and told me that I would need to buy another microwave.

    We had the same microwave oven for over 20 years. It is still working. We thought it was time to update, we are glad we did. Itis much faster, we use it to blanch sweet or and zucchini for freezing. It saves us time and money. Our old microwave over was 1400-watt.

    My wife loves this microwave for the single feature that it has an automatic locking function. You cannot open it after use until you push the 0 key to unlock it.
