Very Nice Microwave

It has the sensor feature on it, which i really like. It's a nice size also. I dont really like the lock on it, but a know that it is a law, so i wont reduce rating for that.

Defective machine

After use, I had to unplug the microwave and reset it in order for it to work. I had disabled the child lock, so that was not the problem. I contacted Panasonic customer service, but they requested that I open a ticket. I received an AI reply sent to my email which reiterated what was in the manual, which I had read numerous times. I bought this to replace an old GE that I had for nearly 20 years, which was starting to make grating sounds. I do not recommend. If you get a lemon, there is no one to help with the problem. I returned the microwave today.

Panasonic 1.2 CU, 1200 watt countertop

It takes twice as long to enter times and/or power levels on this oven than the previous oven we had.

Microwave - BAD / BestBuy - HORRIBLE

This happened 2 days after my return period ended. BestBuy wouldn’t do anything about it and told me that I would need to buy another microwave.
