    Seems to have to cool off after running on High for 5 minutes standard frozen veggies time cooling time about 5 minutes.

    Very strange machine. It seems so smart it turns off whenever it wants to. I dial in any time and it runs for a bit then it just stops. Very strange. I'm not sure if it's broke or just excentric.

    I wanted to love this microwave because we have a previous Panasonic microwave we liked, but this one quit working. Bought it Sep 23, 2025 at Best Buy and it quit Nov 17, 2025. A few other times, we were able to unplug it for a while, plug it back in and get it to go again. This time, I've done that and nothing works. It's on / powered because the screen lights up but when you try to set it, it stops a second after it starts.

    Reviews were good. I think it's cheap. It has a painted interior with no lit control panel. I would describe it as very basic. It does work though
