It feels really cheap. The buttons are hard to work, I hate the child lock which doesn’t really seem to remove. The door is very light and the whole thing feels really cheap.

Quit working within 2 months

Bought it Sep 23, 2025 at Best Buy and it quit Nov 17, 2025. A few other times, we were able to unplug it for a while, plug it back in and get it to go again. This time, I've done that and nothing works. It's on / powered because the screen lights up but when you try to set it, it stops a second after it starts.

Terrible Microwave

The child lock feature was terrible but easy to permantly turn off. Anytime you set the cook time it would beep a few times and then shut off. This was unusable.
