Worst microwave we have ever owned

Magnetron Failed after 4 Weeks - Do Not Buy

I've only owned this microwave for a month. Today it stopped heating food and makes a strange sound when I turn it on. I suspect the magnetron has already failed. ONE MONTH OF OWNERSHIP AND ITS BROKEN. Best Buy return window is closed. To say I'm livid is an understatement as this thing was not cheap and I have no recourse. Will never buy a Panasonic again. This is my second Panasonic microwave that failed out of nowhere

Broken in two months.

Door lock feature cost it a star

The old model was 5-stars, and this one lost a star because it has a door lock default that has to be reset every time a power outage occurs. We discovered this when a highly intelligent offspring forgot the water for his ramen noodles and they caught fire. I went to open the door to extinguish the fire and lost a half minute figuring out this default lock feature.
