Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Heats items well and is a little loud, biggest issue when I purchased this microwave, I didn't realize it had a child safety lock, and this was purchased for an office which caused some confusion to the office staff because you have to hit a button to unlock the microwave to open the door. We still have not figured out a way to disable this feature.

Con's its very loud , I don't like the door has a lock so you cant just pop the door open. the lock is #0 even if its done cooking you need to unlock the door

It beats my Hamilton beach that died after 2 years of use by far! It microwaves food fast has a nice large plate and lots of space on the inside! I also love the reheat function with the sensors

older model better than this new one

I have contacted panasconic and they said the smell is not unusual and should good away it hasn't. The older model was much bettter

High performance for a very reasonable price
